We were met by the host, who was lovely, and showed our rooms. The kitchen facilities are very limited, just a microwave and fridge which was a little tricky for making meals. The supermarket was very close by but we were limited on options due to a lack of oven.
The lodger upstairs was lovely but a little noisy on our last night when we needed to be up at 6am. Guess that’s the deal with shared accommodation.
There were no TV’s in the rooms.
The towels provided were small and very old, although very clean. No milk available for tea facilities so had to buy our own. There was an additional tax charge even though Booking.com states all taxes included.

We had a lovely stay! The owner was incredibly attentive, kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well looked after, and the location was ideal for our needs. We would happily recommend this place to others and would love to stay again!
