Wonderful clean place to stay close to a vibrant small town. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Coffee and tea were provided, and we provided for our own breakfast. There was a nice little area to eat with tables and chairs. The location is close to the downtown area. Close enough to bike to, and bikes were provided. Location was central to the rest of Belgium.

Perfect place, base for a stay in Leuven.

Received a warm welcome and shown my room and facilities. Had free use of a bicycle during the course of my stay. Quite location, 35 minute walk, 10 minute ride for Leuven train station.

A perfect choice!

Nena's Guesthouse is perfectly located. It just takes 10min to central Station and center by bike. In the room you find a possibility to prepare a tea and a place to sit. The host is very friendly and helpful. I will stay there the next time for sure!

Quiet beautiful location

The property is located in a quiet , serene and green area outside Leuven. The city is very easily accessible by foot or by bike. The garden can be used and Nelly was helpful with tips and how to walk to the city . I would highly recommend staying here.

Superb

The room was clean, a water heater was available and even some coffee and thee was provided. The internet was very good. Downstairs, there was a space with fridge and microwave. But what I liked the most were the bikes. Since it is not easy to drive into Leuven by car and even more difficult to find a parking spot without paying a lot of money, I drove into town by bike. This city is made for bikers and most roads which are forbidden for cars are available for bikers.

I could hear the noise of somebody walking in the room upstairs. This did not disturb too much. For the rest, the guesthouse is located in a quiet location.

Great 2-3 day trip. Spent a day in Leuven and the others in Brussels.

Great little place outside of Leuven, 10 minute bike ride to Leuven and train/bus center. Nice place to save money on hotel rooms if you want to take the train into Brussels. Round trip to Brussels and back was 10 Euros for a 40 minute train ride.

There's no coffee shop within walking distance. Had to head into Leuven for that.

Way to expensive

The quietness of the property. The owner was present and extremely pleasant.

The price for just a room with no breakfast or anything. Charged as a room price and then had to pay for my partner (in the same room and same bed) in cash on check out. The way an online error was handled by booking.com staff has left a sour taste on a very expensive stay.

De douche heeft erg veel tijd nodig om warm te worden. Ben ook uitgegleden erin, geen antislip matje aanwezig. Ook spijtig dat er geen TV was.

Helaas door niets positiefs verrast!

Er wast geen ontbijt, kamer was zeer koud, heb zelf moeten vragen om de verwarming op te zetten, 1 handdoek voor het gebruik van 3 dagen, opmaken van bed of kamer is nooit gedaan, geen douche producten, geen glas om je tanden te poetsen, geen parking aangeboden, geen kast om je kleren op kapstok weg te hangen, voor mij niet meer om terug heen te gaan.

Extrem hellhörig, es klang teilweise, als würden die Nachbarn über mir demnächst zu mir durchbrechen, jeder Schritt war deutlich hörbar. Keine Stores an den Fenstern, man musste immer die Verdunklungsvorhänge schließen, wegen dem großen Fenster zur Straße und der Nachbarschaft. Das Bett war sehr weich. Der Duschkopf in der Dusche war fest montiert und es dauerte immer sehr lang, bis warmes Wasser kam, somit stand man immer ersteinmal eine Weile im kalten Schauer.

Goed bed, goede douche, rustige kamer (aan tuinkant), parkeerplaats op eigen terrein.

Niemand gezien bij ontvangst en vertrek, als fiets aangeboden wordt om in de stad te komen (centrum is ongeveer 3km), mede argument om hiervoor te kiezen, dan zou het ook wel fijn zijn als ze een beetje redelijk rijden. Geen ontbijt mogelijkheden.

Super gemütlich und einfach schön!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Siedlung. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Eigenem Bad. Unsere Betten (Zweibettzimmer) waren sehr gemütlich. Zudem gab es eine riesige Kommode, in die all unsere Sachen reingepasst haben. Es gab genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen aber dafür sehr ruhig und hell. Die Gastmutter war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder dort buchen, wenn wir nochmal ins schöne Leuwen fahren. Apropos fahren, wir konnten unseren Bulli direkt links neben dem Haus in der Einfahrt parken. 2 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt und mit unseren mitgebrachten Fahrrädern waren wir in 15 Minuten in der City. Alles top, also gerne wieder 😊

Unten in der kleinen Küche gab es kein Spülbecken aber dafür war alles andere da. Wir konnten alles nutzen.
