We overcame the obstacles presented in this place, and actually enjoyed our stay. It’s not for the house proud, or clean

The location was perfect for us. It was also fairly quiet, unless the person upstairs was walking around. I would change the light shades as the ones in the living area rattle when anyone moves upstairs.

There was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom, only the shower, and that was just a trickle. There was no cold water in the kitchen, just from the hot tap. I bought a plug so we could boil the kettle to wash up. There were no teaspoons and only one dessert spoon, but four potato peelers! I bought some teaspoons but took those home. I left you some new dish sponges as the one in the apartment looked filthy. I also left you some kitchen cleaner. The heater in the bedroom didn’t seen to work. The lighting in the living area was very bright. A lamp would be a good addition. We used the light on the cooker hood as ambient lighting in the evening. There were only a few channels available on the tv. No bbc, itv, etc. we watched tv on our iPad. I didn’t cook anything in the apartment, just made hot drinks as everything looked grubby. Some of the bedding had seen better days, we bought new pillow cases, I bought a quilt to use on top of the futon as the mattress topper was dirty. I took my quilt home, left you the pillow cases. We also bought a cheep shower curtain for when we stood under the dribble of hot water. Your shower curtain’s we’re covered in orange mould.

Good location for the purpose of my visit. Plenty of shops around the appartment

The host was communicative, including on the mobile. The apartment was well located for the purpose of my visit. All the appliances were working properly and it had the basics for duration of my visit.

The sofa in the living room was not comfortable.

The flat was clean and had decent utensils for cooking. The bed was comfy.

The sleeping room was smaller in real than in the pictures.

Washing machine leaked Nothing but it was well enough equipped the front door had Been smashed and not repaired good TV the guy was nice on the phone

Door entrance was in need of repair couldn't believe it was horrid dark entrance with dark steep stairs I struggled to get up and down living room sofa was burst shower curtains were filthy skirting board were full of dust ceiling in the dark dingy hall coming down The area is very diverse and I was a bid scared this is not a nice area and the apartment is like a shoe box .couldn't sleep as the bed was burst and the mattress toppers were filthy I would think hard about booking an apartment again over all shocking experience

Comfortable overall, some things to adjust.

The owner is very nice and ready to solve any potential issue. The kitchen was well provided with all the necessary equipment. Pretty quiet area, not the most beautiful to be honest, but still convenient for moving around easily either toward the center or to get anywhere else.

Some parts of the house would definitely benefit from a little work of renovation. The washing machine needs to be cleaned, I preferred to go with hand washing. There has been an issue in the kitchen but the owner promptly solved it.

Our host Ashraf was very helpful and just a great host. This apartment is not to be missed perfect for couples who want a nice few days away. Also the flat is lovely and warm with great facilities.

Exceptional

Perfect location for us. Less than a minute from the high street for shops and takeaways and 3/4 min walk from the bus stop for the main road into Birmingham city centre. Perfect base for exploring Birmingham and seeing family. Also great communication between ourselves and the proprietor especially with delays on our end due to the storms.

Just excellent and very comfortable also very clean the apartment was also the property manager very polite and humble thanks a lot really enjoyed the stay for 3 nights with family.
