Great location, spacious modernly equipped appartment with wonderful views from a large terrace. Suitable for families with children. The owners - young family - have a backyard with a sand box, swings and trampoline that can be used upon permission. The owners have vineyards and offer own produced wine and apple juice.

Vacanza in trentino per mercatini con rientro in una zona tranquilla!
I proprietari gentili e disponibili, soprattutto Christine con cui ci siamo interfacciati di più. Appartamento moderno, curato e pulito con riscaldamento a pavimento, ma con mobilio robusto (utile con due bimbe piccole). C'è la lavastoviglie, utilissima! Ottimo punto di partenza per tutte le zone circostanti. Il bagno ampio con un bel tavolo su cui appoggiare ciò che serve. Vista splendida sulle montagne (immersi tra i filari) e balcone enorme (d'estate deve essere spaziale)
Non sono una fan della piastra elettrica, i materassi li preferisco leggermente più duri, così come i cuscini (forse si potrebbe far trovare un'alternativa). Non c'è il bidet ma ce la siamo cavata anche solo con la doccia. Forse avrei preferito avere una tovaglia da mettere sul tavolo. Mi sarebbe piaciuto ci fosse il frigo acceso all'arrivo. Non c'è la classica moka all'italiana ma ammetto di non aver chiesto se ne avesse una da darci.

Locale immerso tra i vitigni, una calma piatta intorno, la struttura nuova e ben tenuta dallo stile minimale con travi a vista.
All' arrivo assenza di acqua da bere, ed in bagno era presente un dispencer di sapone mani vuoto.

La posizione della casa in zona collinare e nel bel mezzo dei meleti è bellissima. L' appartamento sembra nuovo , pulito, curato e tutto funzionante. Non potevo veramente chiedere di più!!
Se devo proprio cercare il pelo nell' uovo allora i materassi del nostro letto matrimoniale mi sembravano un po' molli con conseguente mal di schiena mattutino ma forse perché a casa mia sono abituato con materassi rigidi. Magari lasciare un paio di pannelli rigidi da poter aggiungere all' occorrenza potrebbe essere una buona idea. X il resto tutto ok!!!

Die Lage ist super mitten in den Weinbergen und den alten Ansitzen, sehr ruhig und doch erschlossen, Gasthäuser teils zu Fuss erreichbar, auch mit Bussen, eigene Erzeugung von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten

Toller Ausblick in ruhiger Umgebung. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Unweit von Bozen und ein toller Start für Ausflüge aller Art.
Wir haben keine negativ Punkte. Alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.
