La location. Struttura ristrutturata di recente, arredata con grande stile e ottimo gusto con materiale di livello superiore. Pulizia impeccabile. Dotata di ogni occorrente per soggiornare senza pensieri. La tranquillità del luogo, che ti dona serenità. L'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la simpatia di Christian e di suo figlio Manuel. Il bel posto collocato tra i monti, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Caldaro ed a poca distanza in macchina da Bolzano e Merano.

Top Lage im Zentrum von Kaltern mit tollen Ausblick. Neue sehr saubere Apartments und alles nötige vorhanden. Brötchenservice und Tiefgarage vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Für uns hat hier alles gepasst. Sehr nette Kommunikation (jederzeit erreichbar), netter persönlicher Kontakt. Das Appartement war top, alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Wir wünschen der Familie, dass sie immer Mieter haben, die mit der jeweiligen Wohnung verantwortungsvoll umgehen. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank und werden sicher wiederkommen. 😉👍

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment, mit toller Lage, klasse Ausblick und sehr herzlichen Gastgebern!

Modern und stilvoll ausgestattet. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, hat Tipps für Tagestouren gegeben und sogar bei bürokratischen Problemen geholfen. Das Auto und die Räder hatten Platz in einer üppigen Tiefgarage.

Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, mit ist die Unterkunft nicht barrierefrei

Tolles Appartement mit Balkon und Sitzplatz.

Eine neue Wohnung an bester und sehr ruhiger Lage, vollständig eingerichtet mit sehr guten Betten. Der Einstellplatz war im Preis eingeschlossen. Der Bus hielt in 200 Meter Distanz und wurde dank dem Südtirol Guest Pass gerne genutzt. Auch der Ortskern war fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
