Es war ein sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Bei jedem Problemchen waren sie zur Stelle. Tolle Terrasse, tolle Lage. Bequeme Betten.

Das Bad könnte ein Makeover vertragen.

Det ligger helt perfekt helt centralt i den hyggelige by. Det har den dejligste tagterrasse med masser af plads, og solskin hele dagen. Flot udsigt over byens tage og til bjergene. Udlejer er Meget hjælpsom. God seng.

Kirkeklokkerne bimler hvert kvarter hele døgnet. Ca 100 meter fra soveværelset.

Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt und kostenloses Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Gute Schlüsselübergabe durch detaillierte Beschreibung mit Bildern.

Die Wohnung ist doch schon relativ abgewohnt und bedürfte dringend einer Renovierung.

Traumhafte Terrasse. Perfekt !

Traumhafte Terrasse mitten im Zentrum von Kaltern. Einfach herrlich. Bett war sehr bequem. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bad ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Ab dem 2. Tag hatten wir Ameisen im Bad. Hier sollte man etwas dagegen machen.

Großartig - wir kommen wieder

Unkomplizierter Check-in! Wir haben im Vorfeld schon genaue Anweisungen (mit Fotos) erhalten, wo wir hin müssen, wo wir stehen bleiben können mit dem Auto zum Ausladen, wo wir dann die ganze Woche parken können, etc. Alles war sehr sauber und die Heizung optimal eingestellt. ... und eine Kaffee-Maschine zum Verlieben - wir haben unsere Nespressomaschine (die ist im Urlaub immer dabei) gar nicht ausgepackt. Betreuung über Handy von Michaela ganz wunderbar (DANKE an unseren "Goldengel") und auch ein sehr netter Gastgeber vor Ort, den wir kennenlernen durften (liebe Grüße an die ganze Familie)! Terrasse und Lage sind absolut TOP, ein großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche und zwei riesige Schlafzimmer mit endlosen Wandschränken!

Uns war es egal, aber man muss schon Treppen steigen (wir wurden netterweise auch noch extra im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen, da ich mit meiner Mutter verreist bin) - es gibt keinen Lift. Aber für die Terrasse und die Lage haben wir das sehr gerne in Kauf genommen.
