The sauna and wellness area were great, although at busy times not well maintained, towels would run out etc. Room was comfy and spacious but definitely has some age and wear, lots of scratches on the floor, worn in areas. Bed was nice and the views were amazing.

We styed for 6 night. Could have stayed a lot longer. Very nice hotel. Spacious room. The service was outstanding. The waiters had even translated some of the ingredients in the menu, so they could tell us, what is was made of. Never seen better service! The food was great. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely come back.

Nice place to explore the Bolzano area! Pool area was a bit boring lack of life. The bar was closed all the time. Remember to ask for a room at upper floors.

Location was very nice, just out of the city, in a calm semi-rural area. Only grip is with the single beds used to make a double. The crack in between the two beds never disappears and this annoys our couple the most.

Favourite hotel so far! Love the surrounding environment. The hotel are surrounded by apple tree farm and mountains, the scenery is very beautiful and relax. We enjoy a lot on the sauna room, steam room and the jacuzzi at the terrace level.

Nice hotel, but a bit "isolated". Especially since the hotel restaurant has been closed and you have to use a car to get to other restaurants in the area (except one, that lies within walking distance). The staff is very nice and service minded. The parking garage a bit narrow (as they often are). I would like to got back.

We chose this hotel as a stop on our journey to Tuscany so only stayed one night. We wished we had booked for longer. It is an ideal place from which to explore. Our room had a great kitchen and sitting room with a balcony overlooking fields and mountains. The roof terrace is beautiful, very modern and chic. The hotel's restaurant provided great food at a reasonable cost. Parking is in a secure basement facility. This is a great hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location if you have a car and want to pop out to visit surrounding towns, but don't expect anything within walking distance. You should have a car. Beautifully appointed rooms, incredibly comfortable. Had some hiccups with our bathroom which staff dealt with promptly. Shame the rooftop spa is only open 4pm - 8pm. Beautiful views so would have liked to enjoy them more. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. I took my parents who had never been to Europe before (they are Korean-American), and Ive seriously never encountered a more pleasant and helpful staff in my travels abroad. We had only stayed one night/day on our way through Italy and wished that it had been a few more days. It is true, the hotel is in the country, but the view and atmosphere is worth the side trip. (Think 360 degree mountains and orchards). We had no problems catching a taxi from the train station in Bolzano (10 min drive), and were able to visit surrounding museums and restaurants. The town of Setterquence has a few restaurants that are a 10 minute walk away, or you can rent mountain bikes from the hotel. The lounge/spa area on the roof was great. Having a car would have been nice, but not having one did not make our stay any less comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, new and quiet.
