Exceptional

The most fabulous location possible. Breathtaking view. 180 degree view down onto Eppan and Bolzano and the mountains behind from the living room and especially the balcony. The view alone is worth more than the apartment costs.

The apartment we booked should have had 2 double beds and a sofa but it only had 1 double bed and a sofa. We booked for 3 adults and a child but were disappointed that it was only a sofa and one double bed. The description needs to be changed. On arrival there was no toilet paper and no soap, so we had to drive far away to buy some basic needs items because all the shops around the area were closed on Sunday. We were really tired so these basic items should have been there. The location was only manageable by car as it was away from everything else. The beds, blankets and pillows were uncomfortable, managed to sleep only 3 hours in total, which ruined the stay and we left one night earlier. Of course we paid the full price because we left on our own will.

Perfect vacation in a nice and comfortable apartment

Superb location, comfortable apartment, in the middle of apple orchards and vineyards. The apartment is well-equipped and the owners had prepared our arrival nicely with flowers and apples on the table! We were lucky to have an apartment with 2 balconies, one with a beautiful view over the valley and the mountains. Close to beautiful hiking trails, lakes, castles and not far away from cities such as Merano, Bolzano and Trento. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and made a lot of noise when sleeping in it.

Superb location and absolutely wonderful views from the terrace (even with rainy weather!). Good bathroom. Nice garden. Very friendly hosts.

The light in the living room is a bit 'cold' (use light bulbs with a warmer glow perhaps?). A small table near the sofa and a nice carpet on the floor would add to the comfort. Now the room looks a bit 'clean'.

The view of the mountains and Bolzano. In clear weather you can see a small part of Dolomities. There is a small garden with grill. There are a lot of winery in Eppan/Appiano area.

La posizione è fantastica, a soli 10 minuti da bolzano, Panorama molto suggestivo e l'appartamento molto comodo pulito e moderno, non mancava nulla! La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, vende un ottimo succo di mela bio di propria produzione! Tornerò sicuramente se capito a Bolzano!

Très bel endroit!

Très bel appartement, propre, beau balcon avec vue sur les champs et coucher de soleil. Stationnement sous-terrain grandement apprécié. Personnel hyper sympathique et serviable. Plusieurs vignobles étaient proches.

Un peu loin du centre. Nécessite une voiture car pas vraiment de restaurants proches.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Berg- und Fernblick nach Bozen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Eppan und Bozen - gute Lage, gut erreichbar. Kostenlose Tiefgarage. Zwei Balkone in Appartment 1. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr ruhige Lage inmitten von Weinbergen und Wald.

Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Insektenschutzgitter waren keine vorhanden. Leider kein Backofen und keine Spülmaschine.

Soggiorno invernale ad Appiano

Appartamento spazioso, caldo e luminoso con vetrate bellissime che offrono una vista sulla valle davvero suggestiva! Possibilità di parcheggiare fuori dall'appartamento o in garage molto comoda! Ottima posizione che ci ha permesso di raggiungere Bolzano e altre mete turistiche in poco tempo. Proprietaria disponibile e cordiale! Consigliato!!!

Schöne Lage, spartanische Gastfreundschaft, versteckte Kosten

Ruhige Lage, schöne Sicht ins Tal. Zweckmässige Einrichtung.

Uns störte sehr, dass die Kosten für unseren Hund nicht offen einsehbar waren, wir haben via Booking gebucht: Wir musste zusätzlich Euro 10.- pro Tag und dazu eine Pauschale für die Reinigung wegen des Hundes von Euro 50.- bezahlen. Dies haben wir erst bei der Endabrechnung vor Ort erfahren. Unsere Frage, wofür die Euro 10.- pro Tag berechnet werden, ohne eine Gegenleistung zu erhalten (Futter? Bettli? Irgendwas?), wurde auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ringhörig, man hört jedes Husten der Nachbarn. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Minimum ausgerichtet: Wir kamen kurz nach der Weihnachtszeit an, Tee oder etwas Kaffee wäre hilfreich gewesen, da alle Läden geschlossen waren. Abwaschmittel hatte es noch für 2x abwaschen, eine WC Rolle - es reichte gerade, bis die zur Ladenöffnung.
