Nice farm stay in an authentic farm house with lots of charme.

Wonderful historic location with charme. We stayed in this place with 2 small kids in addition to a dog and really enjoyed the place. The apartment is brand new inside, with all the amenities you need in the kitchen, with a very high quality sleeping mattress and absolute no noise. The best was that our two kids found a lot of nice toys and books they could play with inside the apartment. A real gem for families.

Wonderful place in old historic farm house with beautiful garden. The apartment is very spacious, very modern and clean. Host met us in front of the house and helped us to settle in. She treated us with fresh eggs and a nice bottle of vino de la casa. There was a kid's room full of toys. Excellent location, just a few steps from the center of this charming town. The restaurant La Cantina was excellent. I wish we had more time to stay in this wonderful place. Would definitely recommend it. Inna

Great stay in charming village

Such a comfortable spacious apartment. Hosts (who live onsite) very helpful and provided us with their wine, apple juice, eggs and other homemade produce. Just a very short walk into the main village.

Amazing experience

Everything was great. One minute walk to the middle of St Michael with restaurants, bars and shops. Comfy and cosy apartment with great green garden with pool, fruit trees, spaces to relax, eat and play for kids. Lovely host family. Look forward to come back next year.

Lovely old apartment

Anna, the lovely owner was so kind and helpful. The wifi stopped working and she got an engineer out to fix it as soon as she could. Well equipped apartment. We travelled during Coronavirus lockdown (for business) and the property took all the necessary precautions to keep us safe. I would definitely stay again.

The curtains in the bedroom are too thin, so you wake up very early!

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in ruhiger, dennoch zentraler Lage, mit herrlichem Ausblick.

Ein super schöne Anlage, die Gastgeberin ist Architektin und hat die Apartments in dem historischen Gebäude selbst geplant, mit viel Herzblut, das merkt man. Außerdem ist sie supernett und war immer sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir waren im Februar hier, und haben die Fußbodenheizung sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Duschwanne. Die Zimmer liegen so, dass man sich überhaupt nicht stört. Auch die Nachbar-Apartments waren kaum zu hören. Es gibt hier so viele schöne und praktische Details, dass deren Aufzählung den Platz hier sprengen würde. Ach ja, die Kücheneinrichtung ist auch vorbildlich - und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Appartamento molto grazioso

L'appartamento è molto grazioso. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in dono una bottiglia di succo di mela e una di vino della casa. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del cortile dove si trova anche una colonnina per ricaricare l'auto elettrica.

I cuscini del letto matrimoniale sono decisamente scomodi: troppo leggeri e senza consistenza. Il tragitto verso Bolzano può essere molto trafficato.

Seppur per lavoro, il soggiorno è stato ritemprante e sereno.

Comodo l'accesso auto al cortile interno, ampio spazio di parcheggio privato. Disponibilità e cortesia dei gestori. Facile e veloce accesso al paese ed ai suoi servizi. Ottima la dotazione della cucina, con stoviglie ed anche un minimo di equipaggiamento base: condimenti e spezie. Bel pensiero le mele, il succo di mela e l'anonima ma notevole bottiglia di vino che ci hanno accolto all'arrivo. Buona la disponibilità di canali televisivi italiani, solitamente preclusi in queste enclavi austriache. Silenzioso e tranquillo la notte, salvo qualche sporadico (e fievole) muggito all'alba. Ribadisco il piacevole senso di accoglienza offerto dai gestori, pronti ad accogliere con grande cortesia domande e ragionevoli istanze.

Peccato per il vacante bidet e un po' per la dimensione del bagno, peraltro ben disposto e fruibile. Il portasapone nella doccia sarebbe un comodo accessorio. Per la mia origine di abitante di casa indipendente, il primo piano senza accesso al giardino rattrista un po' ma è un dato personale e assolutamente veniale.

Einfach traumhaft!

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment auf einem liebevoll gestalteten Hof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass man richtig kochen kann. Die Lage ist auch ideal für Wanderungen in verschiedenen Regionen. Wir waren am Gardasee, am Rosengarten, in Meran und mehrfach in Bozen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort, für einen Urlaub.

Wir waren zuerst im grösseren Apartment und haben danach ins kleinere gewechselt. Alle Apartments sind wunderbar neu gemacht mit einer tollen Küche samt Ausstattung und sehr bequemen Betten. Dieses Apartment ist eher klein, aber nicht weniger komfortabel. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Dusche in diesem Apartment ist recht klein und für beleibtere Menschen vielleicht etwas eng.

Sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne neu renovierte Zimmer im historischen Gebäude, welches sehr Nahe beim Zentrum von St. Michaels liegt. Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge oder für einen Bummel durchs Dorf. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und schönes Bad. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen - vielen Dank an die sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr nette Gastgeber in Toplage

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet für alle anstehenden Touren. Auch für Radfahrer sehr gut geeignet, hier einen Zwischenstopp zu machen oder an mehrere Tagen unterschiedliche Touren zu unternehmen. Auf Wunsch wird auch ein Frühstücks-Korb zusammengestellt. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Nieuwe appartementen, grote tuin, gemoedelijke sfeer en zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw

Nieuwe frisse en mooie appartementen gebouwd in een "grote oude schuur" midden in het centrum, met een zeer verrassende binnenplaats/tuin. Het is eigendom van een familie die er zelf ook leeft. Ademt de oude sfeer nog uit, maar de appartementen zijn als nieuw. Waar het rustig vertoeven is tussen de fruitbomen, wijnstruiken, moestuin, het zwembad. Het ontbijt namen we ook in de tuin. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk. Gemoedelijke sfeer. Parkeren binnen de poort en alles keurig schoon. Leuke plaats, ligt aan de fietsroutes in het Bolzano dal.

Fantastische accommodatie op zeer goede locatie

Wij gaan normaal nooit 2x naar dezelfde plek, maar dit was 2 jaar geleden al zo goed bevallen! Heel fijn ruim appartement, de speelkamer voor kids was ook een grote plus. Superfijne tuin om te borrelen/eten/spelen met prima zwembad (nooit vol!), trampoline, schommels. De kleine katjes waren ook heel goed vermaak! Anna is ook een hele goede gastvrouw. Verder is de locatie perfect, in leuk dorp (dichtbij supermarkt, ijs, restaurants), en super goede uitvalsbasis voor kastelen, stadjes, (berg)wandelingen, kabelbanen, (zwem)meren etc. Een week was weer te kort!

Enige kleine minpuntje is het lawaai van bepaalde voertuigen op de aanliggende weg met raam open kun je daar wakker van worden sochtends (dus eventueel oordoppen in als je wil uitslapen).

Fantastisk, hjemligt og skønt sted til børn og andre der vil nyde stedet og omgivelserne.

Ansitz Grustdorf er et meget charmerende sted! Der er hyggeligt, hjemligt, charmerende og rigtig dejligt. Vi havde to børn med på 11 og 13 der nød poolen men især de små kattekillinger! Stedet tilgodeser alle aldre, især de yngre. Værtinden var super imødekommende og meget venlig, og vi blev budt velkommen med en flaske af stedets egen vin og æblemost. Lækkert! Bonus at stedet ligger i centrum af den hyggeligste lille by og at der er rig mulighed for vandreture i området.

Vi havde et dejligt værelse/lejlighed som var fint til vores ophold. Det lå dog lige ved siden af et lille rum hvor der opbevares hø, og det kunne lugtes i lejligheden.

Experiencia eco turística en un pequeño pueblo con mucho encanto

Es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza y ecológico ! La atención de la dueña es estupenda y el lugar es muy amplio. Tiene su huerto , animales , alberca refrescante y buen detalle que te dejan el vino de la casa, huevo y mermelada. Muy ricos !
