Good apartment; convenient location and amenities around.

It’s super close to the RER train station, 3 minutes from Disney parks and around 40 minutes to Paris city centre; huge shopping centre and outlet right at the corner. Super convenient location. The apartment is well maintained; beds are comfy; super hot shower and the water pressure is great. You have everything you need.

The only thing I would make a comment on is the two single beds were very uncomfortable as the mattress is very thin so I did wake up with a sore back each morning but I think for children it would be fine :) other than that,everything was exceptional

Wasnt clean at all. There was Doritos at the sofa and there was socks under the bed from previous customers. Toilet has ved bad odor

Good locations, not so good look of the appartment

This property is a low key accommodation for those who do not mind where they stay as long as location is convenient . The flat is well out of date with some distinctive smell in the toilet. There was a molding on the walls with paint pealing in some areas. ( see photos) . There was a storage room in the middle of the living room with curtains covering the content of it. It was a little bit complicated to get into the flat as you would need to remember many codes and find where the flat is. See my photos. The towels were shabby and very old in a dark blue color, nit sure if they were clean. The bedding did not feel clean neither. On the positive side, the location for the train to Disneyland is brilliant. The host was responding to the texts very quickly. CONCLUSION: I do not recommend this property if you like your accommodation to be nice and clean. You'll be disappointed as the photos fof the appartment from the website do not match the real state of the flat. Be aware, that the owner can get nasty if you have anything to say about his property( re: read other reviews about this point)

Great place to stay near the train station and supermarket cafe and bars in the area .quiet area good security. Shopping centre within walking distance. Disneyland paris just 2 minutes away by train or paris 1 hour away.

Ideal for staying just outside of Disneyland.

Good space, facilities & location. It was perfect for us. We were spending 2 days at Disneyland but needed our own cooking facilities due to a child with allergies. This was close to shops for food & right next door to the station, so getting to Disneyland was easy & quick.

The kitchen I a little small, but I'm being picky here.

Wonderful visit - must stay here

the location was excellent and convenient, with everything that you would need and the Val d’Europe station was literally next door. But Antoine the owner is where things are really special - he greeted the family wearing his Santa Claus outfit and kids loved it!

Nothing - but perhaps a small guidebook to let us know where the trash bins are would be great.

Terribke attitude from host, be aware

Great location, spacious flat

Shower doesn’t work - no water pressure for hot water. It wasn’t very clean also, and there is only one fan. Also it is a bit noisy since it is on the first floor so you can’t sleep with windows open. When we addressed the landlord about the hot water he first told us the problem is in the building, and after we insisted he told us we can go to a hotel. Terrible service and attitude, I kept all my WhatsApp conversations with him if anyone wants to see how he talks to costumers only because they asked him to fix a problem in the flat.

Great place to stay, make sure to get good instructions.

Location, facilities, very comfortable,modern.

Getting access to the apartment was difficult. The instructions were poorly thought out. If you book this property make sure to have clear instructions before starting your trip. We travelled fro. AUSTRALIA and what with changing simcards etc it was a nightmare. However once you are in it is a great property. Also we arrived by train, and we got off at Chessy. Big mistake, you have to get offat the station prior Val d'europ Serris.Very easy to find if you get off at the right station.

Superb

Well equipped and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, perfect for a family of three or four. Very comfortable beds. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso cups and tea. Host Antoine was easy to reach and answered our questions promptly.

The bedroom door hinges could perhaps do with a bit of oil to keep from squeaking. It made a lot of noise when someone got up during the night.

Very friendly host and easy to get the keys. Very nice and spacious appartment very close to the trains (Disney is one easy stop away) and large shoppingcenter. Will come back next time we visit Disney for sure.

Excellent location close to Disney

Superb location. A 2 minute walk to the RER station, restaurants and shops. In 10 minutes your are in Disney and in 45 minutes in Paris. Nice and safe place to park your car. Comfortable appartment. Would stay here again.

Cleaning could be a bit better. General cleaning was good. But there was some dust on shelves and in the kitchen cupboards.

Perfect location for active holiday (visit to Paris and Disneyland both)

First of all, Antoine (the host) is great guy, willing to help in any way he could. Apartment was spacious for four of us, reasonably clean and priced, nothing luxurious but everything you need (and more) is there. Location is perfect, on the main street, just round the corner of the train station (RER A line to Disneyland or Paris) and across the restaurants and shopping mall. Be aware that beeing directly above street there is some noise even during night, but it wasn't big problem for us. There is a big TV and PS4 for entertaiment, coffe machine, microwave and all other amenities. Parking space is provided which is great, because all public parking spaces were usually occupied. Antoine, just one suggestion: you should point that your prefered way of communication is WhatsApp, it took some time for us to figure how to contact you.

Only thing that I could point has actually nothing to do with apartment or host: there is terrible smell in building hall (beleive it comes from some neigbouring apartment) so we had to hold our breath before we get into the apartment :)

Excellent value for money, great for Disneyland visits and very helpful owner.

Lovely apartment! We were a 3 year old child, mother, father and 2 grandparents. There was more than enough room for all of us to sleep and the sofa in the living room pulled out with the greatest of ease into a large double bed which was handy when the little one spread himself out like a starfish all over the double in the bedroom! 2 single beds in the second bedroom which could be pushed together to make a double if preferred. Plenty of room and places to sit and everything needed supplied kitchen wise, right down to a fruit peeler! A two minute walk to the train station for a few minutes (one stop) journey to Disneyland. 1.95e single per person (August 2019) which saved a lot of money on parking fees at Disney. Very nice area with restaurants and a large shopping mall and supermarket 5 minutes away and which also has a ''seaworld'' type attraction. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and I give 10 out of 10 to both the spacious, comfy apartment and its owner who really was so welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Ilodge Primia to couples, families and even a single person who wanted to live in comfort. Excellent value for money.

Het was een prima accommodatie voor ons type vakantie (hele dagen naar Disney met de trein)!

Mooi centraal gelegen appartement met supermarkt, restaurants, bakker, shopping center en station om de hoek (2min met de trein naar Disney). Fijn om eigen parkeerplek te hebben (in afgesloten parkeergarage). Ruim en net appartement met prima douche, mooie tv inclusief Netflix en playstation. Fijn dat er WiFi is.

Als je met de auto komt, moet je eerst je auto langs de weg parkeren (meeste plekken staan vol) om de sleutels in het appartement op te halen om bij de eigen parkeerplaats te komen. Je bent op dat moment nog afhankelijk van de trap omdat de lift het ook alleen doet met diezelfde sleutels. In de parkeergarage moet je een helling op/af om bij de lift te komen. Het was even zoeken naar het appartement, dat in het andere gebouw zit dan waar de ingang is. De omgeving is erg levendig, 's ochtends vroeg hoor je al van alles. Voordeel is dan weer dat alles om de hoek zit. Er is geen airco. De bedden zijn niet heel erg groot (2 persoonsbed 1.40 en 1 persoonsbed 80cm).

We hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Een hele fijne plek als je snel van en naar Disneyland wil. Bovenop het station. Met een klein uurtje midden in Parijs. Ruim appartement voor vier personen. Eigenaar altijd bereikbaar! Fijne man, die Antoine!

Helaas was de afwas door de vorige bewoners niet goed gedaan. Veel ‘vuile’ vaat in de kastjes bij aankomst. Badkamer is krap. Douchen in bad vinden wij persoonlijk niet zo prettig.
