Great location within ealking distance from the bigfest mall in France and railway station (1 stop to Disneyland). Elevator is a +. Wi-fi is fast. Comforrable beds (the sofa is terrible to seat on but actually very good for sleeping when opened!) Kitchen had the needed minimum. Quiet street (which wss a surprise for that location, when all three windows are street sided). Quiet neighbourhood. Adustable wall heaters(.We stayed in May during very cold and rainy week, so it was a lot of drying clothes and shoes after the parks visit and heaters were very good to have.) Nice simple design in the living room, big plus for the big long table! The helpful host (although communication is only distantly). A couple of grocery stores nearby. The price was increadibly competitive for this location.almost unbeatable, if to forget some cons.

The self check in quite complicated (everythong behind the app, which worked before the arrival but not at the spot. This made it difficult to get the instructuons for the key locker (the key is inside the code proof box, which was not properly attached to the wall inside the postlocker (you need the flash light to see what code to type on the key holder), the locker that is not locked but the room where it is situated is code locked. This was the most complixated check in we ever had. The appartment itself is well sized but has plenty of repair needs (window blinds/shutters partly broken, good curtains only in the main bedroom, our teen girl had to to close the blinds and switch the light on to be able to change the clothes, as all the windows are straight agaibst the neighbour house across the street. Minor discomfort byt so easily achievable! The balconies are very tiny and not dafe for small children (we did not use these due to unpleasant weather, so they did not add any value to us. The garbage sorting indtructions would be nice to have on the each bin. We do not speak French, but all the tv menu and starting page was in French, so we could not use it much... English would be appreciated for international visitors as a set up. If sleeping on the coach consider the enyrance door right behind it. It is a hard fire proof(?) door, with a very strong air pressure flow around ( the floor corridor seemed to be highly underpressured causing the strong and soundy airflow from the apartment to rhe corridor which disturbed us at nights).some light wall/separator between the sofa and the main entrance area would be great to add. The WC room had the same problem and was very cold especially at nights. A litlle carpet is definitelt needed there if not an extra heater. No AC, so it might be hot during summer heating days. As said: minor but easily adjustable things would make this apartment very wanted.

The location was perfect, and the apartment is very comfortable. Very good place for a Disneyland visit. Some places to eat and buy groceries are around in close vicinity. The contact with the owner was good!

I believe that the owner might think about another management company as a small issue occurred - positively sorted out by the owner - so I'm not describing it in detail.
