Very close to the train station for quick trips to Disney.

Nice touch to use YouTube videos to show how to enter the building. Train station just around the corner. Boulangerie and grocery stores in close proximity.

No bread knife in the kitchen, but otherwise enough kitchen utensils.

We are glad to have found this place as it was perfect for us.

Location, location, location. It was right next to the RER station. There was a Boulangerie right next door that had "made fresh in store" goodies. And of course, very close to the Val d'Europe shopping mall and many food options. Disney is one stop up the RER A line. The unit was spacious, fairly clean, and had comfortable beds and couch to lounge on.

There was no light in one room and the lighting in the living area was lacking. We would recommend adding a chest of drawers in each room so you can unpack from your suitcases and get many more hangers in the closet. Hand soap, bath gel and shampoo should be included since many travelers do not bring these nor have time to stock up. There should be some kitchen towels, and for us Americans, wash cloths, as well as places to hang towels in the bathroom for reuse. There was no AC, but the provided fans moved the air sufficiently.

I won't stay again

ONLY the LOCATION

The Bathroom, the WC is separate from the showroom and washbasin. The place is very hot in summer, the fan does not help and if you open the window, a lot of noise from people crossing the street at night, and their smokes, then in the morning two issues, road clearer by air blowers is very noisy and also, the garbage bags removal which it is just below the flat. also, sometime the smell come in. The mattress in the master bedroom is damage one side. There is no cattle in the flat as a basic requirement The door lock of the WC and showroom is not working properly. I got stuck in the showroom for one hour still due to damage in the door lock. The washbasin is not practically; looks it is only for design. There is not wardrobe in the room and no place to hangs cloths or towel. I believe, the rating is overstated, and the flat is not as per the photos in the booking.com!!

Tired apartment, lumpy pillows, great location for Disney

The location is great for Disney 3 minute walk to the station and then 1 stop on the train for ust €2.20 each way. Also handy with local shops and bakery close by.

The host had to be contacted by booking . com, defore they replied. i tried 6 times to contact them with no reply. The apartment is very tired and the pillows are terrible. There was no soap and the door does not lock from the outside with a key, you have to use the key pad every time.

Beautiful apartment very near to RER A Val d'Europe

The apartment is exacly as the image. The location is so near to RER A station, the Val d'Europe shopping mall and Laa Vallee Village outlet. The apartment is with lift. With our heavy luggage this is a blessing. The apartment is also with washing and drying machine. After travelling from many countries, we are so glad we can wash and dry our clothes.

When taking bath the shower water will easily flow to the bathroom floor. We make sure the bathroom floor is dry but this 'limits' our bath experience. The shower has good pressure and has hot water as expected.

The location is very good, the check in was smooth, clear and easy. The host is very nice, send all the info day before. The apartment is clean, beautiful and great and we had all we needed inside. We have a wonderful time!!!!

The perfect place to stay if you are going to Disney

Alex the host sent all the check-in details the day before we arrived. They were very clear and easy to understand and follow. The host also kept in contact to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything else. The apartment is immaculately clean and has every thing and more that you would need to enjoy your holiday. The rooms are well presented and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, just what you need after a long day in the Disney parks. The location is only a short train ride from Marne de la Valle station, the main station for the Eurostar and Disney, so it is away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. There are lots of restaurants and shops less than one minute walk from where you are and the Val d'Europe shopping centre is about a two minute walk. We could rave about this apartment all day and will defiantly be recommending it to all our family and friends. Thank you so much Alex for making our holiday such a pleasure. We will defiantly be back, would not contemplate staying any where else.

It was nice, but areas of the apartment need attention.

Exceptionally close to the RER for disneyland. So excellent in that respect.

Alex our host was fantastic. Cannot fault him. However there were a few issues, firstly pillows were very uncomfortable. We had to go to primark and buy our own. They need replacing with hotel style (rectangle shape) pillows instead of the square cushion type... Plug sockets in master bedroom (both sides) are not secure and the one by the window is hanging out the wall, with children this is dangerous. Sofa bed leg isn't secure and kept popping off. In general, it was a overall a nice stay but these few issues need fixing.

Very bad experience

The location was very good

The apartment smelled really bad, we had sand on the sheets and the linnen were not replaced. The sink was broken , the shower rapidly floowded. Alex The contact person even agreed with me apologied and justified my complaines to him and as a compensation sent a driver who took us to airport . Nevertheless nothing can compensate the sleeping with dirty linnen.

Family Vacation to France 2022

The apartment is near a big mall and outlet and has adiquate space and rooms sizes.

The noise from the traffic and specifically garbage collectors. The noise is so high causing majority of family members to wake up during sleeping time. We closed all windows to reduce this noise eventhough the temperature in the apartment increases since cooling done by 2 fans and still the noise in early morning unbearable. Also, the apartment has only 1 bathroom.

Location is suberb. 1 min walking from RER station and 4 from Val D'Europe shopping mall, Several restaurants and coffes nearby. 1 RER station to Eurodisney (Eur 1.95 adult ticket) and around 35/40 mins to Paris center (5 euros adult ticket) Everything is new, clean and safe.

the apartment was very spacious, very clean and had all the amenities any family needs. Alex was very responsive and caring. we had a wonderful time. it was really a comforting feeling going back to the apartment after a long and tiring day at Disney. you get that homey feeling in it. the area around was beautiful, an entire shopping mall 2 minutes away with everything you need. we were very lucky to find this gem.

The hosts were the most helpful, lovely people! Any questions we had were answered immediately and clearly - even at half past midnight on the day before our arrival. The service was amazing, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the distances to the Disney Parks, Val d'Europe and the train station were so short that we were downright amazed!
