The location is the main plus of this apartment. It's literally on the side of the train station at one station distance from the Disney park. The apartment and surroundings are quite. Seems to be a safe village for families. There's a very convenient shop mall also near by. The kitchen is functional and also a plus for those who are thinking on cooking. There are also some restaurants near by.
The apartment needs some general maintenance. The lack of closets on the rooms and places to hang stuff, such as towels, jackets, bags or other clothes. There was also a lack of bedsheets and sleeping pillows. I was unable to find the Wi-Fi address that was supplied and the connection to Netflix seemed to be not working. Since we didn't spent that much time in the appartment those were not major issues.

It’s a good location.
The mattress is very uncomfortable, the sound insulation is poor, and there is a lot of noise outside. It's hard to imagine how uncomfortable it is to be without air conditioning in summer.
