The FONTAINE 1 apartment is located a stone's throw from the RER A Val d'Europe station (only 5 minutes from Disneyland Paris and 30 minutes from the center of Paris).
In the heart of the Place Ariane de Chessy and its many shops (restaurants, bakery, cinema, hairdresser, banks...)
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the first floor of a secure residence, the accommodation comprises:
- a living room with sofa bed (2pers)
- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, L'Or Barista coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, crockery and cutlery, kitchen set...)
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed (2 pers)
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (2 pers)
- 1 bathroom (bath and sink)
- Separate toilet with washbasin
Outside, a spacious garden where you can relax after a long day at Disneyland or Paris!

1 private parking space in the basement of the residence with direct access by elevator. (Attention, max height 1m95)

Location was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants and transit. Check in was very easy and hosts quickly answered any questions we had. Apartment had everything we needed and fans were even dropped off for us due to the heat wave. A great place and would definitely recommend.
