About this apartment rental
Apartment for 6 people, ideally located in the heart of Val d'Europe. Right next to restaurants, the large Val d'Europe shopping center, and less than 10 minutes from Disneyland!
THE ACCOMMODATION
Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, near a lake.
BOURBON1 is on the second floor of a beautiful, secure residence. The apartment is bright and includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- A fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1 (2 single beds, sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2 (1 queen-size bed, sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with 2 sinks
- Separate toilet, washer/dryer
Outside, a balcony
Also included at no extra charge:
- 2 parking spaces in the residence’s underground garage, direct access via elevator (Note: max height 1.95 m!)
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 6 people
- Baby equipment available on-site: travel crib
For the first few days, we provide basic essentials (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwashers, trash bags, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

- TGV: Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10 min by bus / 15 min on foot)
- RER A: Val d’Europe station (10-minute walk)

We are available to answer your questions before, during, and after your stay.
Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
We also offer a transportation service; please feel free to contact us for more information.

We had a lovely 4 night stay during which we visited Disneyland and Paris.
Lovely clean accommodation with comfortable beds. Close to a great bakery and many shops and restaurants. We walked to and from Disneyland which was very easy. Would recommend.

We had a great time in this great location. Very nice apartment. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Can walk to parks.
Only problem was a broken shower handle holder and delayed check in because the apartment wasn’t ready at 4.
You can get Tickets printed at the rental office which was greatly appreciated! Thanks.
