Large bedrooms all with en-suite. Well equipped kitchen more than adequate for our needs. Spacious lounge with satellite TV to entertain the children when required. Big dining room table for evening family meals. The pool area was plenty big enough. The children loved the pool. The property benefits from afternoon sun which was perfect. All bedrooms have A/C which was a godsend in the 35deg heat whilst we were there. Property is perfectly located as a base to explore the fabulous Gozo island. With a few bars and restaurants in the village (highly recommend Rangers Bar/Restaurant for a meal on the terrace) we were never stuck for an evening drink or dinner.

Nothing. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 9 adults and 3 children ranging from 1-4 yo absolutely adored our stay. Loved the entire house, its ambience, history, facilities and local. Wanting a genuine Gozitan experience, "living" in a farmhouse within the peaceful village of Gharb certainly provided. Could not have asked for more.

Not enough seating for the number of people it states, hard mattresses in a couple of the doubles, basic kitchen utensils, bed linen could have been better.

On the website it stated that the property is boasting with Ac’s with no mention that you have to pay to use the Ac. Also on this the same website we were told to pay €400 breakage waiver to be refunded after 7 days but 2 days before the booking I received the email from Baron homes that the €400 will be refunded after a month not 7 days or we’ll have to pay €29.50 breakage waiver which is non refundable which is a complete joke! Called the company taking care of the booking which are Baron homes and we always found the phone switched off when we finally managed to get hold of them to complain about the Ac’s they never got back to us, hopeless customer care Baron homes are a complete rip off!!!!
