Location is exceptional, so is the facility. We didn't see any staff but online communication went smootly. The building is clean and well maintained.
It would be nice to have more towels to start with. The ventilation opening in the bathroom is missing a cover so it was not pleasant to watch the hole during showers.

A fantastic location. The space was large and had everything included that we needed. The kitchen was great and well equipped. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The property manager was very clear with check in instructions and making sure all details were covered. Elevator to get bags into the apartment.
Large patch of black mould above toilet in the bathroom (I couldn’t believe the size of it) looked like no attempt has been made to remove it. I did contact the property who said they would look into it.

Location was good and it was nice to have access to a kitchenette and laundry.
Felt a bit like a dungeon at the bottom? The front door is really loud so you hear everyone going in and out. As no one comes to clean during your stay we did have a fair few bags of rubbish we didn’t know where to put so we had to leave them all in the kitchen
