It was good value for the price and the location was good
The first night no hot water and only very weak flow of cold water. The management team responded quickly at first by email but then went quiet. It took all the following day to be resolved. The flat smelt mouldy unless the humidifier was running. It was good to have a kitchen but it was poorly equipped

Location is exceptional, so is the facility. We didn't see any staff but online communication went smootly. The building is clean and well maintained.
It would be nice to have more towels to start with. The ventilation opening in the bathroom is missing a cover so it was not pleasant to watch the hole during showers.

Location was good and it was nice to have access to a kitchenette and laundry.
Felt a bit like a dungeon at the bottom? The front door is really loud so you hear everyone going in and out. As no one comes to clean during your stay we did have a fair few bags of rubbish we didn’t know where to put so we had to leave them all in the kitchen
