L'appartamento aveva tutto ciò che ci serviva.
Ho apprezzato molto le zanzariere, l'aria condizionata, i detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie e l'acqua fresca in frigo!
Purtroppo l'arrivo non è stato semplice perché abbiamo scelto di raggiungere l'appartamento con l'autobus, ma a parte questo, il posto era tranquillo e per noi era essenziale.
L'entrata dell'edificio aveva qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione da fare e non è stato piacevole a primo impatto.
Nell'appartamento ci siamo accorte che le piastrelle sopra il piano cucina non erano perfettamente pulite.
Ho trovato strano che il letto fosse rifatto a metà, ossia era posizionato solo il lenzuolo sotto, mentre quello sopra era piegato sotto il copriletto, quindi ho provveduto io stessa a finire di fare il letto.
La zuccheriera andrebbe cambiata.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit zwei Bädern, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler jeweils mit Waschmittel, einer Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Fahrstuhl, extra Bettdecken, Bügelbrett und Eisen, Föhn, Elektro-Heizungen und Klimaanlagen in beiden Räumen waren super. Wir waren im Winter zu Gast und gegen die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit war es super, dass wir die Zimmer richtig heizen konnten. Zum Arbeiten hat uns die Vermieterin einen Monitor gestellt, dafür sind wir sehr dankbar.
Die Lage der Wohnung in einer sehr viel befahrenen, engen Straße und die damit verbundene Lautstärke haben uns leider sehr genervt. Die ersten Nächte haben wir durch den Verkehrslärm sehr schlecht geschlafen.
Außerdem hat es in der Wohnung, wahrscheinlich wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit, geschimmelt (rund um die Fenster, im Badezimmer mit Dusche). Als Allergiker ist so etwas gefährlich und macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
Auch die Klimaanlagen müssten gereinigt werden, da sie auch stark verschmutzt sind, was man sieht, wenn man sie anschaltet und die Lüftungsschächte sichtbar werden.
Wir hatten die Wohnung im ersten Stock. Die zwei Balkone konnten leider nicht genutzt werden. Wir hatten uns auf Frühstück auf dem Balkon gefreut. Aber es waren bis auf zwei Stühle und ein Wäscheständer (sehr schmutzig vom Verkehrsdreck) nur Platz für die Klimaanlagen.
