Check in and out was excellent - Baron Homes communicates brilliantly. The apartment was ideal for our purposes - three bedrooms, lots of room and good facilities. The swimming pool is accessed via the block opposite and is ok - most of the sunbeds are in the shade in the afternoon and the pool is not heated.
It's unfortunate that much of Marsalforn is a building site, including the building opposite with has a crane overhead starting at 7:30am. It didn't bother us too much as we were up early for diving but not restful if you're hoping for a lie in!

Lovely apartment. Really clean and with everything you need
Pool area exceptional. Plenty of loungers at this time of year too
Dive school underneath flat starts around 7am. Not a problem for us as early risers and once they leave on dives noise stops.
Area and neighbouring buildings have work ongoing also.

Apartment clean
Aircon units kept apartment very cool and worked brilliantly
Twin bedrooms had comfortable beds
Double bed wasn't comfortable at all...very cheap matress quality.
Pool area very noisy due to works carried out at the apartment block....inadequate quantity of sunbeds for pool users
Balcony area not big enough to sit out on and aircon unit situated on balcony blows hot air at you when sitting there
Ensuite shower was tiny but worked fine.
