Layout is great. Pool area and size ideal. House was very clean and had everything needed for the stay.

Some areas are outdated and wear and tear showing. Needs a bit if tlc in some areas but aprt from that nothing else.

The large pool and outside area were excellent. Good facilities (kitchen, etc). Helpful staff. Simple check in / out. Quiet area. Large rooms. A great property.

Other rooms could have benefitted from an ensuite too. Only top floor room has en suite. The 3 other rooms share 1 bathroom with a shower/toilet over the free standing bath. Not ideal for kids/ elderly. Such a shame as we wanted to use it for a family vacation. There is a downstairs toilet but no shower there.

The location is very good in a lovely quiet neighbourhood of Kercem. Only a 15 minute walk to Victoria the capital and Xlendi a coastal resost. Both have many restaurants and bars. Very large property with a great pool, that also has a bit of shade for the non worshipers.

Some of the furniture is a little tired.

The bedrooms were big, nice view, great location. Great pool for summer months too.

Unfortunately, most mattresses (we had 8) were very uncomfortable. The sofa was rock hard. The other sofa collapsed as 2 people sat on it. This was clearly a wonky sofa yet we weren’t warned about it. Upon further inspection it was clear it had been broken previously and not put back together well. A €40 fee is applied to guests who don’t leave the kitchen, including cutlery and dishes, clean and in order. Yet, we were provided with 1 cloth to wash all counters + dishes and only washing up liquid. Not even a spray for counters/table or sponge to wash dishes and pans properly. I’ve stayed at other farmhouses and assumed these were mandatory. Toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken and kept falling off.
