Location was really nice with beach front. Clean and well maintained. We had small hiccup with microwave plate. It was fitting properly. Otherwise it was good.
Heating in living room was not good during nights it was cold since it was February

A wonderful place. A super spacious, clean, and super-equipped apartment. A mega-equipped kitchen, a large living room, spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom. A great place for exclusive games like ping-pong, darts, and billiards. A rooftop terrace with a barbecue and a stunning sea view. A fantastic rooftop pool—too cold for swimming in winter, but fantastic in spring or summer! The photos on Booking.com don't do it reality. I rate this place a 10+; it's the best I've ever been to. I highly recommend it.

The views overlooking the sea were great. There is a small shop nearby for groceries and a lovely walk to a small beach and a few restaurants.
- swimming pool and outdoor eating and relaxing area were on a separate level on the roof so we had to make several trips up and down with food to all sit outside. No views when you are sitting down. I had originally booked a 4/5 bedroom villa in December with flights but were notified in january that only the 3 bed villa was available (no reduction in price offered as apparently the views were better according to them - debatable as i didn’t have anything else to compare)- if i had known the swimming pool and outdoor area were on a different level, i would have cancelled as this had greatly affected our enjoyment of the property. My son has autism and his greatest enjoyment is the pool - he could not go upstairs by himself into the pool - keys were also an issue as each area had a separate lock so we constantly had to check that someone had the keys or try to contact others to get the door open if they were in the pool etc - again another inconvenience which marred the enjoyment of the holiday.
- on the day of arrival i complained to marcus about the pool being situated on a different level and that this is misinformation that should have been communicated to me at the time of the change in booking - he told me that i should complain to his boss as this is not his problem - director of malta lettings is also a marcus - appears to be lots of marcuses in this company.
-air condition needs a change in filter - we all felt a bit out of sorts with the air quality - several asthma sufferers in the group
- pool turned cloudy one day - someone came quite quickly to sort it out but they didn’t tell us when we could use the pool again so that was one evening of pool enjoyment gone
- the villas overlook each other so we had full view of the pool outdoor and sitting area of the people below us - do not expect privacy.
- this is the first negative review i have written - truly disappointed by the layout - this should have been disclosed at the outset.
