We were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment. The pool was great but the marble flooring was very slippery and dangerous when wet. The extra cost for air conditioning (of 25 euros per day) was expensive, considering the cost of using the apartment.
It is well located near a convenience store and bus stop.

Highly recommend this spacious and well maintained flat. The proprietor, Ludwig, was extremely professional and the level of customer service was absolutely top notch. The flat was bright (with loads of natural light), modern, attractive, and fully equipped, including a washing machine, lovely private pool and sunbeds. The kitchen and bathrooms were particularly up to date with nice appliances and fixtures. The street location was quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view of the sea provided a peaceful ambience and it was only a brief walk to the beach. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we are grateful to the proprietors for allowing us the opportunity to stay at their property. Highly recommend. Five stars!
