Accommodation was excellent and well suited to our large family group from 12 yrs old up to 82 yrs of age. Pool and outdoor area was lovely too. Location right beside the bus stop was ideal for travel around Gozo.
I would recommend that there is a rail put into the pool for easy access to and from pool to accommodate older people who may have mobility issues.
The markings on the oven had completely faded and were not visible so it made using the cooker/ oven difficult.

- weren't notified that pool maintenance would happen, we almost found the guy in the house if someone wasn't close
- neighbours
- pool tiles coming off in the jacuzzi and you have them all lying around on the floor
- would suggest a rail to get into the jacuzzi
- door to outside pool does not lock - dangerous with young children
- some rooms didn't have hot water, but was then fixed when we called them

The house was large and spacious. Modern look with good size swimming pool. Air conditioning throughout which was a lifesaver given how hot it was during our stay. Good response to our request to check swimming pool chemical levels when it went cloudy (which were fine and the cloudiness cleared up quickly).
The appliances were poor (washing machine and dishwasher). We got to the house 20 minutes early on check in and were refused entry so had to go to Lidl to keep the kids cool!!
