The views were AMAZING!!! Breathtaking beautiful

This apartment was truly exceptional—an unforgettable stay that exceeded every expectation. The views of Monti Rome were absolutely breathtaking, creating a peaceful and captivating atmosphere that made it impossible not to pause and soak in every single moment. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean, reflecting great care and attention to detail. Every aspect of the apartment felt thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. What made our stay even more remarkable was the host, who was consistently attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He was always available to answer any questions and made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. This was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience we will never forget.

This is a good apartment, close to many attractions and there are several restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, although we didn’t use it much as we were only staying for a few days. The host kept in touch to check our arrival time and send instructions on how to enter the property

The online check in system was a bit difficult to use, some instructions were unclear but this could have been a translation issue.

Fantastic views, clean and spacious for a family of four with two teenagers. Very well placed for public transport, shopping and cafes.

dirty kitchen on arrival - no evidence of intense COVID clean. Empty cleaning material under sink so we had to buy new. Only two cups in the apartment and a stove top coffee machine for one!We purchased some cups and a cafetière.. Shower is awful - shower head points at crack in shower screen and therefore flooded the bathroom on first use - it was very difficult to use there after without partially flooding the floor. AC broke when we were at dinner and partially flooded the bedroom - multiple visits and a fan eventually arrived. So no AC in one bedroom for five sweaty nights. Bed in same room constantly collapses - base is damaged. So you need to lift the mattress almost daily and reposition the slates. The apartment is generally run down with a number if things held together with sticky tape. I cut myself cleaning up the water in the bedroom and tried to use the apartments first aid kit - it was disgusting (see image) The young lady that came to sort out the AC -Francesca, was helpful. the apartment manager Alexandria was a ghost. - no response to emails
