We couldn’t ask for a better stay.

I would consider this place as a semi hotel. It looks like they manage the entire building. During the day, you can talk to someone since they have an office on the first floor. They even keep your bags if flight is in the afternoon. We used their transportation because our family had more than 3 bags. It was convenient after a long flight and the cost was reasonable. The staff and location were excellent.

We didn’t have any issues. The stay was pleasant and safe. Even their small elevator was charming.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Lovely big rooms and I especially liked the sofa bed which was larger than expected, easy to pull out and put away, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the extra things like hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and coffee machine which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment was in a prime location, only a 10 minute walk to the colloseum and lots of local shops, bars, and restaurants around.

There wasn't enough hot water and with a group of three, we had to plan out who would shower when and who would have to give it a miss which wasn't too great. This was the only downside - everything else was 10 out of 10.

Bed mattresses were DONE. Needed immediate replacement as mattresses were broken/sunken in both rooms. Also, the apartment provided was not as shown in the picture while booking.

A great choice for first time visit to Rome, close to all attractions.

A clean apartment, close to all attractions. Colosseum is to the south, within walking distance, and Pantheon etc are also nearby. In any case, we would be walking all day, with 30K+ steps every day. It was our first time in Rome, and it was a difficult choice between Monti and Trastevere, but in the end I am happy we decided to stay at Monti. The apartment was clean, A/C was working great.

I didn't like having to pay for late check-in, even though it was clearly stated in the listing. We traveled all the way from Croatia, so it was not easy for us to predict the road conditions. We had originally planned to leave our rental car at a garage about 30 minutes from the property, but we found out on the day of our travel that the garage was closed during daytime on Sundays, and only opened at 7PM. Hence, although we arrived at Rome around 4PM, we had to wait for the garage to open, which then meant we had to pay late check-in fee. The kitchen had to steel pans for cooking pasta etc, but did not have a pan for omelletes etc.

Excellent location, comfortable apartment

Excellent location. The apartment was well presented, clean, and very spacious.

Having to locate the bins two streets over to avoid an €80 fine was a nuisance. We are more than happy to ensure organic waste is separated from recycling, but waste disposal should be not be placed on the guest if bins are not located in the property.

Girls needed mirrors, there isn't any full size mirror. Would expect to have bins in rooms, for trash etc. shower flow is weak and changes temperature all the time

Easy check in. The property management was quick to respond to requests. Good location with a 15 minute walk to the Pantheon and Colosseum.

The air conditioning could not keep up with the extreme heat. There were very loud construction noises that started early in the morning.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. In my opinion one of the best parts ot Rome to stay in. 10 min walk to Colosseum and 15 minutes walk to Trevu. Staff was amazing and accommodating minutes

Fabulous accommodation in a great location.

Extremely spacious, modern, clean apartment with every amenity for a family of 4. Cooked all our meals here, grocery store just around the corner. Brand new clothes washer worked great for all our laundry. Super comfortable beds. Just fantastic. And the location is easy walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps.

The place was very nice and the people working there were very kind. Everything was clean and tidy and we really enoyed our stay.

The only downside of the flat was that we got the first apartment next to the front door and it was quite noisy at night. Otherwise everything was great!

large and generous space in the centre of Rome. strategically located at walking distance from Termini train station, this wonderful apartment offers access to all the major touristic sites and attractions. surrounded by restaurants of both local cousins and international food, it is a perfect location to truly enjoy the experience of visiting Rome and its local genuine vibes.

Location was perfect. Close to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Very Spacious and Kitchen was well equipped. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Superb

The location was amazing, a short walk from the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, and close to Termini station which has a direct connection to the airport. The flat was beautiful, authentic and modern at the same time and very well equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable.

We had some trouble with turning on the heating in the rooms which get quite cold at night.
