We had a great time and would recommend the place.

Owner was super friendly. Property was very well located. Very clean and everything you need, including a stocked kitchen with snacks and everything you need. Rooms were very big and spacious. House was well heated.

Very clean and spacious apartment. In a quiet location but very central and only a few minutes walk to free parking lots. Louisa and Marco had the refrigerator stocked with lots of breakfast, lunch and snack foods. Great sunset views from the terrace. Although be aware that the stairs opening to the terrace may be difficult to navigate for a very tall person or someone with mobility difficulties.

Delightful stay in an authentic Tuscan town.

The location is perfect for getting around the town. It was spacious and had the expected amenities. The roof terrace at sunset was a welcoming place to enjoy.

had a small issue with the key being stuck! Absolutely no problem, I called my host and he was there within a minute to fix it. Great location. Like having my own apartment in the middle of the old city.

We were delighted with this flat, and recommend it most warmly.

The location could not be better – Sansepolcro old town is small, and you're a ten-minute walk away from anywhere. Parking is a available five minutes away. The owner was always very quick at replying by email, and kindly let us check out an hour later than originally planned. For diet reasons we brought our own breakfast, but we saw that a hugely impressive pile of foods had been provided. The flat itself is spacious and very pretty. There is a lovely rooftop space, too.

We really enjoyed learning about the history of Sansepolcro and surrounding area.

The host was most accommodating as we got in very late and they were there to unlock and explain everything to us. We loved the rooftop terrace, It was our evening wind down after exploring the area. We were able to walk to restaurants, supermarket. The tourist information ladies were very helpful showing us the best places to visit, they even helped with car hire and bus tickets.

Appartamento pulitissimo dotato di un terrazzo con vista stupenda! La proprietaria gentilissima, c'era tutto l' occorrente per trascorrere un soggiorno delizioso dalla colazione ai prodotti per l' igiene personale , davvero super!

Accoglienza ottima. Consigliatissimo.

La casa si trova in un bel palazzo storico e c'è un parcheggio libero disponibile a un paio di cento metri. L'appartamento è molto pulito, piacevolmente arredato e fornito di tutti i confort. C'è anche un piccolo terrazzino sul tetto per godersi le stelle! Tante cose disponibile per la colazione, uova, latte, yogurt, burro, fette biscottate, marmellate, miele, nutella, snack dolci e salati, succhi di frutta, caffè, acqua in bottiglia e c'era anche materiale basico per farsi una pasta al volo. Trovandoci nei dintorni torneremmo sicuramente.

Casa di Luisa Sansepolcro

La proprietaria Luisa è una persona molto disponibile e accogliente, ci ha fatto trovare il frigo e la dispensa pieni di prodotti per la prima colazione e per il pranzo. Oltreché prodotti per la pulizia della casa. L' appartamento è molto carino, pulito e con tutti i comfort, è posizionato in un punto strategico, è al centro del paese, da dove ci si può spostare per visitare paesi limitrofi,. Vicino c'è un parcheggio pubblico un supermercato e tanti locali dove poter mangiare e degustare prodotti locali. Siamo stati veramente bene...Consigliata!!!
