The Alba and Tramonto apartments in Valdipetrina are in Umbria just a few kilometers from Città di Castello. The hillside position offers a wide and characteristic Umbrian landscape, to the south the view is lost beyond Mount Subasio overlooking Assisi or the hills around Perugia and Lake Trasimeno which are no more than 35 minutes away by car. A little further away is the city of Arezzo while in about an hour and twenty minutes by car you can reach Florence or Fano on the Adriatic Sea. The main features, most appreciated by all our guests, are tranquility and comfort.
Rent, as a holiday home or B&B, entire independent apartments (2) of about 75 m2, part of a rustic building in a panoramic position, recently renovated in stone and wood (parquet in bedrooms and living room), in northern Umbria at border with Tuscany. The kitchen is well equipped, inside each apartment, with hob, fridge / freezer, oven, etc. Rooms with double bed, possible addition of sofa bed (double and / or single) in the large living room, also bathroom with shower and washing machine, LCD TV (with digital terrestrial and satellite), free wifi internet, air conditioning in all rooms, up to with 12 total beds (7 + 5). Panoramic and private terrace and / or garden facing from the living room, equipped with table, chairs, barbecue for barbecuing. In the property, completely fenced, there is a swimming pool with a panoramic view over Umbria and a small playground for children. Supply of linen and towels for rooms, bathroom and kitchen. The property is located in a very quiet area, set on a hill with a panoramic view, surrounded by woods or Mediterranean vegetation, within a wildlife reserve, marked trails for trekking and mountain biking.
