Ospitalità e prontezza d'intervento e risposta per le varie esigenze di Pasquale. Persona premurosa, molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa e dato consigli utili sulle zone da visitare.
Migliorerei la cura nei dettagli perchè il posto ha un gran potenziale. Manca attenzione su alcuni particolari che però possono fare la differenza.

la posizione vicina a diversi luoghi di interesse, come Laghi, Cortona, Montepulciano, Cantine varie. La vista dall'appartamento, in particolare la mattina all'alba. appartamento ampio.
la pulizia e la manutenzione in generale. mancavano alcune cose: detersivo piatti o un pods per lavastoviglie, la tv. il letto con materasso duro (questa cosa è soggettiva ovviamente)
