A farmhouse that is conveniently located to many areas and so relaxing and quiet.

The location is ideal in the Cortona area. This is a farmhouse outside of the city area and is quite convenient to Cortona, Montepuliciano, Assisi, Siena and Lago di Trasimeno. The farm house was very comfortable. I think it would be difficult to have 8 people in the inside Living Room space, however the outside dining table was nice to sit at during breakfast and dinner. The kitchen was a little hard to work with several people around. However we made it work.

It would have been nice to have some basic items in the kitchen such as salt and pepper, olive oil, a toaster or microwave. But after our stay, those items did not matter so much. I think it would be nice to know in advance that the kitchen would be empty of those items. Just so you know what to buy on the way in.

Countryside family apartment stay

Good equipment in the kitchen. Spacious. Two bathrooms. Very lovely surroundings, nice pool and area, good distance to a lot of surrounding places and activities. The hosts are excellent. Very friendly and helpful and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. When asked about different things they promptly assisted us with it. Everything from toaster to printing documents late at night. They however do not speak a word English, so they primarily use Google translate and WhatsApp for communication which worked fine for us but you should be aware of it.

Well it is in the countryside and you have to be aware of this. You should not be afraid of bugs and insects. Or smells from farming and animals... they are quite ever present... In the apartment the beds are very hard/rough. You can feel the springs and I really think they should be replaced. In our apartment some things where a bit on the rough side, mosquito nets for the windows were mostly broken and given the location that means you get to acquaint yourself closely with all the local bugs that are available ;) These are things that could easily be fixed. Also they check the electricity consumption for the AC, but the meter is actually for the entire apartment. Granted, the AC would use most of the electricity anyway, the charge is not that high and the overall price is still very good, but this feels a bit... yeah.

I liked the place very much. Very comfortable and clean, very quiet. It was a great holiday and the hostess was very friendly. The house is very big and full of equipment. The laundry has to be paid for use and this wasn’t at the email as well. The beds were comfortable and shower very very good!!!

It was no pool, no play garden for the kids and this was a little disappointing because I choose the place for this… and we weren’t be notified. And you have to have a car because the taxi and public transport is zero!!!

Uitstekend!

Fantastische accommodatie. Wel een stukje afgelegen, ongeveer 10-12 min met de auto bij Cortona vandaan. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt om tot rust te komen in je vakantie. Elk huis heeft een eigen terras en ingang, dus genoeg privacy. Zwembad groot genoeg voor iedereen en het was erg schoon. De hosts waren zeer vriendelijk. We hebben heel erg genoten!

Logement spacieux et propre, belle place en extérieur devant le logement, magnifique piscine, bonne situation à proximité de Cortona.

Il y a une porcherie à proximité du logement, les odeurs sont parfois difficilement supportables, obligation de fermer les fenêtres.

Uitmuntende locatie - We komen er graag weer terug !

Na het versturen van een whatsapp op het contact telefoonnummer werd er snel gereageerd (in het engels) en werden we hartelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaresse. We hadden een huisje met 2 slaapkamers - begane grond. Aan de rechterzijde van de locatie met eigen parkeerplaats van de auto (onder een afdakje). Zeer prive. Het is een perfecte locatie om van daaruit de omgeving te bezoeken (met name Cortona, enz.) Alles is in het huisje aanwezig en op aanvraag kan je gebruik maken van de airconditioning tegen geringe stroomkosten. Wordt afgerekend op basis van gebruik. Het zwembad is vrij nieuw. We zijn er 13 nachten geweest en het is het herhalen zeer zeker waard.

Suggestivo panorama sulle colline verdi della campagna Toscana ...

l'alloggio ha un bel prato intorno alla casa, con una bella vista sulle colline di Cortona e ci sono diversi giochi per bambini nel parco. I proprietari sono molto gentili ed accoglienti. L'abitazione ha una discreta superficie interna ed anche esterna per cenare all'aperto e fare il bbq.

I letti devono necessariamente esser sostituiti con materassi confortevoli ed adatti ai ns giorni. Anche l'arredo, per essendo un casale di campagna, avrebbe bisogno di un'aggiornamento (macchina del gas in primis) nonché divano ed alcuni arredi delle toilette.

Gyönyörű, autentikus toszkán vidék, a szállás szomszédságában lovak. Egy laza séta a dombok között, háttérben a hegyek között Cortona városa.

Az egyik szobában az ágy, nagyon instabil... :)
