Lovely peaceful location with a large pool

Breakfast didn't seem to be an option. A coffee machine and maybe some milk would have been nice as the shops are a 10/15 minute drive away

A COVID-19 holiday in Italy - safe, clean, relaxed

Beautiful villa on top of a hill and the end of a road. You drive up the hill, thinking the road will end soon. But it goes on and on and then there it is. The scenery is great over the valley. No sound of cars or planes, just the sounds of nature. Walls 0,5m thick, no cellphone reception inside, loved it. A swimming pool for cooling down. We had our own sun beds. Clean, not small, great view of the valley. The villa is a great strategic point for visiting Anghiari (15min), Assisi (1,5 hr), Siena (1,5 hr), Florence (1:45) and Pisa (2,5hr). A supermarket (Gala) is 15-20min drive at Sansapolcro. Luca speaks English which made it easier for recommendations on food, wine, things to do and see. Super friendly and very helpfull. Wanna go out for dinner? He can make the reservation for you in fluent Italian😉 We ordered breakfast but due to COVID-19 he couldn’t serve it every day. So he stacked our refrigerator with milk, eggs, cheese, ham. Many bread, and stuffed croissants (my favorites) and it was quiet enough for two weeks. Great service! Would I recommend it to friends and family? For sure! The kids (5+7) liked it, so did we.

Beautiful surroundings, the house is magnificient with the pool area like from the movies. Nice and quiet and if you want to escape into the nature this is the excellent choice. All tourist attractions are nearby😀

Beautiful and luxurious rural retreat

Fabulous agritourismo near to the Piero trail, Tiber river walking and Arezzo (30mins). Really nicely appointed apartments - cosy and warm with games room and beautiful terrace to watch the stars and have a drink or bbq. We were there in winter - I imagine it’s only more lovely in the spring or summer. The pool looks amazing:) Luca is a delightful host and will really go out of his way to make your stay perfect. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Also his English is excellent !

Fabuleux Cet endroit est magique. l'entrée est dessinée par de grands cyprès qui eux même sont fabuleux . La piscine est ÉNORME mais point négatif il y avait un peu de vert au fond.L' intérieur est simple juste le minimum pour vivre une cuisine équipée deux chambres une salle de bain un salon et un petit jardin avec une table et des chaises. En conclusion je ne regrette pas du tout je conseille fortement .

Point négatif Le petit déjeuner mentionné n'y est pas. On nous a proposé si nous voulions des pains aux chocolats déjà ouverts et achetés au magasin d'à côté. L'hôte nous a donc conseillé de nous le préparer nous même

Fijn verblijf.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. We hadden hem wakker gemaakt tijdens zijn siësta, maar hij leek totaal niet boos. We hebben veel plezier gehad in het zwembad. Fijne tuin om in te BBQ’en!

Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige locatie. Ruim appartement.

Afstand tot het dorp. Wij waren alleen op de fiets. Best ver en steil. 's Avonds onverlichte weg. Ook voor mensen mèt auto 's best afgelegen en steil. Niet geschikt voor enkel fietsers. Warm in het appartement, geen airco, geen ventilator. De douchecabine kan echt niet meer. Te klein, verkalkt en een te ingewikkeld, oud massagedouche-systeem. Direct renoveren!
