POSSIBILITÀ DI INSERIMENTO UN TERZO LETTO.FORNITA DI DOPPIA PORTA,(VETRO &,LEGNO),CANCELLO ELETTRICO, PARCHEGGIO INTERNO, BIANCHERIA BAGNO COMPLETA, NESSUN SERVIZIO PULIZIA!!! Casetta rustica e un bello spazio esterno

L'appartamento è all'interno di una proprietà. E' una casa rustica e accogliente, con stanze pulite e bagni ristrutturati. La parte migliore è il giardino di fronte la casa, una zona tranquilla dove stare insieme ai gatti e cani che vivono nella proprietà. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto e abbiamo apprezzato anche le cose lasciate per la colazione.

Pulizia, dove sei?

La zona è tranquilla, all'interno di una corte con altri appartamenti in stile rustico. Simpatici gatti in giro molto affettuosi. Posto auto. Spazio esterno ampio e curato. Appartamento rustico, molto carino.

Arrivati a orario concordato, avvisati che non ci sarebbe stato nessuno ad accoglierci, l'appartamento è stato presentato col riscaldamento spento. L'appartamento è al piano terra e si compone di un'unica stanza, ossia una cucina al cui centro c'è un letto matrimoniale, alto 20 cm da terra, materasso scomodissimo e a contatto con l'umidità irradiata dal pavimento. Una sola lurida coperta da letto singolo per coprirci. Abbiamo lasciato il riscaldamento acceso tutta la notte per poter dormire (a rischio della vita, in caso di malfunzionamento). Assenza totale di pulizia (polvere ovunque, spugne sporche e bagnate lasciate in giro; prodotti per cucinare come sale, zucchero, olio, caffè in confezioni aperte da non si sa quanto tempo, a rischio di contrarre un'infezione gastrointestinale!). L'accordo su booking prevedeva "colazione inclusa", peccato che dovevamo prepararla da soli, con polvere di caffè rancida e zucchero risalente a chissà quando. Siamo stati costretti ad andare al bar, ovviamente! Da accordi avevamo chiesto di poter pagare con pagamento elettronico, la signora ha accampato la scusa che ci fosse poca linea per il POS (nonostante l'assenza del wi-fi, abbiamo usato tranquillamente la linea internet dei nostri gestori telefonici). Al momento del pagamento la signora ha finto che non funzionasse il terminale; alla proposta di pagare con bonifico (operazione che ha un costo maggiore), abbiamo tagliato corto optando per il contante. Aveva la ricevuta fiscale già compilata, segno che sapeva già che la transazione non sarebbe andata a buon fine, o meglio ci ha raggirato per avere pagamento in contanti! Non che ci fossero problemi, ma bastava dirlo direttamente invece di fare il teatrino! Ci siamo sinceramente sentiti presi in giro. Oltretutto 70 € a notte per un mini appartamento in queste condizioni non sono pochi!

Piacevole ma si può migliorare

Il giardino esterno era molto bello mi piace perché potendo portare il cane l’ho potuto lasciare libero a girare in giardino.

Purtroppo c’era veramente molto molto freddo in casa. La prima notte abbiamo dovuto metterci tutte le coperte che c’erano. Poi lasciando il termo acceso è migliorato.

La casa è molto accogliente e calda. La signora è gentilissima!

Andrebbero un pò integrate le stoviglie in cucina. Sarebbe utile lasciare un canovaccio, qualche tovagliolino in più, bicchieri/bicchierini monouso, scopa e paletta, uno spray multiuso per superfici.
