Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath house. It was very clean and had lots of space. It was located on a lovely quiet street that was within a couple blocks of the town square and main street. Kitchen had what you need to cook a meal. The check in was easy and the host was very responsive - she even gave us a couple of great recommendations for restaurants.

A perfect base with medieval charm in a gem of a medieval city.

The house is right in the heart of Sansepolcro's Centro Storico, a stone's throw from the central piazza, but on a quiet, atmospheric street. Stepping through the beautiful arched medieval doorway is like stepping back into a period of hunting wild boar in the surrounding Tuscan hills. The place is decorated with sympathy to its historic past, with animal patterned throws, solid wooden furniture, tasteful ceramics in the bathrooms and even an impressive looking crossbow as part of the decor. Sansepolcro was a delight. It was peak tourist season but this lovely city seems to have escaped the notice of the hoards. I met an Italian friend who drove up for lunch and she was pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant just inside one of the city gates not only didn't have laminated photographs of the food, but didn't even have a menu in languages other than Italian. The food, as you can imagine, was delightful, genuine and modestly priced. This was typical of the place - genuinely Italian and aimed at real local people instead of pandering to foreign tourists. Al Borgo was the perfect base to explore it all. Ample, free parking was literally a three minute walk from the house. A lovely experience.

A super stay in a lovely house. Wonderful old town to explore

Thanks to Anna's Whatsap messages the whole process of getting onto the house was super easy. The property was just what I imagined an Italian house would be like, very cozy with lots of little items on display (obviously mementos of their own visits or holidays). As suggested, the local car parking space was readily available (and had no charges which is a bonus).

I cannot think of anything that was lacking.

Excellent stay in a lovely house in the middle of Sansepolcro

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The house is a decent size and was v comfortable. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the cathedral and museum. In addition parking is easy and there is a vg Café Amadeus 100m away

Arredo rivedibile, elettrodomestici della cucina da migliorare, il frigo non chiude bene, il bollitore è pieno di calcare e la macchina del caffè è inservibile e per finire uscita dell'acqua dai rubinetti con il contagocce

Centralissimo, casa molto curata e particolare, molto bella arredata con buon gusto. La proprietaria Anna, super gentile e molto precisa. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort.

Unica pecca un pò la pulizia...da migliorare un po per rendere il soggiorno davvero un 10 stelle!

La casa es muy fresca y muy amplia. Está en pleno centro de la población.

La cocina tiene poca luz. Hay una lavadora pero no funciona , aunque dicen los propietarios que ya esta anunciado en la descripción, NO es cierto,y tampoco tienen nada para tender la ropa.

Bardzo mi się podobało, mieszkanie wygląda nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach i w opisie. Lokalizacja praktycznie w samym centrum, a do parkingu raptem parę kroków. Bardzo polecam!

A localização é realmente excelente. Cozinha equipada. wifi ótimo.

A limpeza estava muito aquém do esperado, todos os tapetes da casa estavam muito sujos, acumulam poeira. O banheiro da suíte estava com ralo do chuveiro entupido, sendo que o tapete antiderrapante estava preto nos dois banheiros. Edredom de um dos quartos estava sujo.
