Excellent stay would not hesitate to book again!!

Lovely property set high overlooking Tuscany. Rooms we’re comfortable and the owner was lovely! A lovely cooked meal was on offer for a good price and it was delicious!

Great stay

We absolutely loved this property! It’s divided in 2 parts: the lake side and the pool side. We had a lovely studio in the lake side and liked everything. It was cozy, clean and very welcoming. The lake was beautiful and it’s priceless to swim in a lake all by yourself. Clean and beautiful water! We had dinner one night at the agriturismo and it was delicious! Highly recommended!

Delightful Umbrian Retreat!

The property is located in beautiful countryside with marvelous views. The gardens are ideal for relaxing and the swimming pool is open in the summer season. Our hostess was delightful and most helpful and she provided a delicious four course dinner on request at a most reasonable price.

The property was 4 km off the main road over stony terrain.

Tutto è stato meraviglioso , colazioni e cene ottime, personale accogliente,disponibile e professionale. Cene super. La natura intorno uno spettacolo mozzafiato.

L’unico neo per noi è stata la camera e la doccia un po’ troppo piccola …ma nel contesto umbro e nello spirito francescano anche questo sembrava perfetto.

Magnifico soggiorno

Stupendo Agriturismo, curatissimo nei minimi dettagli. Posizione ideale se si cerca pace e tranquillità. Abbiamo degustato un'ottima cena e una squisita e varia colazione di prodotti locali. Non ultimo la gentilezza e cortesia della proprietaria Emanuela. Davvero un'oasi di pace per un piacevole stacco dalla routine.

Posizione meravigliosa, ambiente rilassante e curato. Camere rustiche ma pulitissime, fresche, con zanzariera e fornite di ogni confort. Cordialità e gentilezza dello staff. Cena appetitosa, buona, casalinga ma con prodotti del territorio di qualità, servita all’aperto in un’atmosfera magica sotto le stelle

Migliorerei la colazione rendendola un po’ più varia e aggiungerei la parte salata ( anche se su richiesta fanno gentilmente uova strapazzate)

Struttura molto accogliente, immersa in natura rigogliosa. Un posto incantevole e romantico dove riposarsi e assaporare i colori e i profumi della natura. La signora Manuela e i suoi collaboratori sono stati gentili e disponibili. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente ritornare.

Agriturismo immerso nel verde

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa struttura, immersa nella natura, insieme alla nostra cagnolina. In agriturismo regna la pace e si respira un’aria familiare. La proprietaria, la signora Manuela é un’ottima padrona di casa, ci ha accolto con gentilezza e ci ha dato molte dritte sui luoghi da visitare in zona. La posizione é ottima sia per visitare le città, sia se si cerca un’esperienza più naturalistica: tra i parchi naturali presenti nel territorio e il lago Trasimeno, che non dista molto. La struttura gode di un terreno molto vasto e di un laghetto privato (dotato di canoe, sup, pedaló…), dove anche i cani possono rinfrescarsi e nuotare. Abbiamo scelto di cenare più volte in struttura e abbiamo fatto bene! Prodotti di qualità e del territorio. Che dire di più, siamo stati benissimo!

Senz’altro la location la gentilezza e la premura della proprietaria e dello staff , tre cene consumate in loco decisamente buone prodotti ottimi e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Il wi-fi decisamente assente la colazione così così per il resto trattandosi di un agriturismo si può sorvolare su’ certi altri aspetti

Ein Traum! Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da

Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Dieser wunderschöne und ruhige Ort hat uns bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Ein Highlight ist das Abendessen im Kaminzimmer, das dazu gebucht werden kann. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Manuela ist eine hervorragende und liebenswerte Gastgeberin.

Verde e relax

Ottima posizione per visitare le città limitrofe principali (a circa 40/50 minuti da Gubbio, Perugia, Lago di Trasimeno). La struttura vanta di una vista impagabile immersa nel verde e nel silenzio più assoluto, ideale anche per un gita fuoriporta all'insegna del relax rimanendo presso la struttura. Staff molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Per la colazione vengono proposti dolci fatti in casa e confettura artigianali ma a richiesta viene offerta anche una colazione salata. Si può cenare presso la struttura con un menù che varia ogni sera, tutto buonissimo. La proprietaria estremamente attenta alla esigenze dei clienti e davvero molto gentile e disponibile! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Bellissimo il panorama che si gode dal giardino, host sempre disponibile e accogliente, ottimo cibo, grandi spazi ideali per chi viaggia con il proprio cane, posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo Capodanno ammirando dall’alto lo spettacolo dei fuochi d’artificio in lontananza, in gradevole compagnia . Rapporto qualità /prezzo ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente in primavera!
