Perfect place to stop for a couple of nights. Very central and easy communication with host.

Convenient & practical & cosy apartment
Central location, quiet street, parking only 3 minute walk. Washing machine! And drying your clothes on the lines outside the window above the street for the real Italian experience ;-) Plus Bialetti coffee machine. For fresh baked bread in the morning we went to a bakery just around the corner! Città di Castello is lively town, central for north Umbria & Tuscan places like Arezzo and Sansepolcro.

A friendly host in a friendly city, our three week visit flew by.
The host, Alessandro, was so friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions or requests. His assistance made us feel “at home” not only in the apartment, but in Citta di Castello. The kitchen was simply, but amply, equipped. A pod espresso machine and a blender were an unexpected bonus. The clothes washer helped make our extended visit much easier. Parking was free, nearby and very convenient. We loved walking out the door and exploring the walled city, and enjoyed our walks along the Tevere River on groomed paths.

Great flat in a very central location
The flat was perfect, the location amazing and our host impeccable. Altogether an excellent experience and one that I would recommend to anyone stay ng in the area.
