Holiday in an independent apartment of about 73 m2 in a recently renovated stone and wood cottage (parquet in the room). Our structure consists of only 2 apartments (for a total of 10 beds). In this apartment 1 double bedroom and large living room (where you can add 1 comfortable double sofa bed and / or 1 single sofa bed in a secluded position), also bathroom with shower, well-stocked kitchen inside the apartment with stove, refrigerator / freezer, oven (including microwaves), etc., TV with digital terrestrial and satellite, free wifi internet, air conditioning in all rooms. Private panoramic garden accessible from the living room, equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, barbecue for cooking on the grill. Supply of linen and towels for rooms, bathroom and kitchen. In the property, completely fenced, a small playground for children (with small soccer field and minivolley), garden and swimming pool. The property is located in a very quiet area, located on a hill with a panoramic view surrounded by woods or Mediterranean vegetation, within a wildlife reserve. There are marked trails for trekking and mountain biking. The historic center of Città di Castello is just 7.5 km away with paved road, less than 4 km we have shops, market, butcher, restaurants, pizzerias. Just 35/40 minutes by car from Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona and near many other towns and villages in Umbria, Tuscany, Marche and Emilia Romagna.
