Beautiful and cozy apartment, in part of a villa with pool, in panoramic position, 6 km from Lake Trasimeno. The apartment is on the first floor and its guests have a veranda in front of the entrance and next to the pool, ideal for outdoor meals enjoying the magnificent view over the valley. In the property, in shared use with the other guests, brick barbecue, tennis court and a well-equipped garden with a play area for children. The villa is located in a residential area in the hills, surrounded by other villas and olive groves. Thanks to its location near Lake Trasimeno, this apartment is an ideal starting point to visit the most characteristic tourist destinations, the islands, and spend relaxing days on the equipped beaches with numerous restaurants and bars. You can also choose the nearby cities of Perugia (19 km), Assisi (40 km), Gubbio (50 km) and Todi (60 km) for excursions to discover history and local food and wine. Tuscany is within easy reach (Siena 90 km), making this apartment ideal as a base for day trips between these two fascinating regions. A golf course is only 17 km away.
