Nice stay on my camino Francesco

Very big and spacious apartment, all was clean,comunication with owner very good,close to the centre,quiet room.

Stefano was a very pleasant host. The apartment is very tired.

Close to the old town though the street works were annoying.

The unit smelt of cigarette smoke. I fell down the stairs whilst trying to to carry my luggage. No elevator. Had to climb into the spa to take a shower.

Odore di fumo impregnato nell'intera struttura, arredo datato, presenza di polvere negli arredi come se la pulizia sia avvenuta qualche giorno addietro.

Asunnosta löytyi lähes kaikki tarvittava. Sijainti vanhan kaupungin läheisyydessä oli mahtava. Asunto on tilava ja upea, säilytystilaakin löytyy runsaasti.

浴槽を別にすれば、すごく快適なアパートメントです。

浴槽の湯、水の出方が少なくてお湯がたまるのに1時間かかった。写真では浴槽がジャグジーになっていて期待したが、実際にはジャグジーポンプは作動しなかった。ホストと電話が通じなかったのはまずい。

Proprietario di casa molto gentile nonostante fossimo arrivare in ampio ritardo la sera dopo cena. Parcheggio vicino all’appartamento comodo e buono per moto.

Unvergesslich und wiederholungswürdig

Stefanos Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich komfortabel und elegant. Eine solche Größe und Ausstattung erwartet man eher im 4-5 Sterne Hotel und gewiss nicht zu diesen günstigen Konditionen. Die perfekte Lage der Wohnung direkt an einem der Stadttore zum historischen Zentrum hin, wird im Grunde nur von der Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft ihres Besitzers Stefano übertroffen, in dessen zauberhafter Kunstgalerie im Herzen der Stadt - wenige hundert Meter entfernt von der Wohnung - man den Schlüssel überreicht bekommt. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch Sansepolcros, der zweifelsfrei bei Stefano beginnen und enden wird.

Das Wasser in der Wanne floss etwas langsam ab, aber darum kümmerte sich Stefano sofort.

Gli ampi spazi dell’appartamento e la posizione vicino al centro storico e con comodo parcheggio. Ottimo letto che ha garantito un buon riposo.

Scarsa pulizia del pentolame, mancanza dello scolapiatti; il bellissimo appartamento necessiterebbe di qualche piccola manutenzione e sarebbe opportuno dotare la vasca di una doccia
