Villa Rossa

- The best thing about the house is the view from the garden - it's amazing - a very specious garden with a view to the sea. - The barbeque area and the living room with big windows are also very nice. - The town is relatively big and you have everything needed there. Also a supermarket closed to the main road. -Our host manager Avraam was also nice and helpful.

There are many things which could be done better: 1. Payment: it's managed by the managing company, not booking and you have to pay 50% in advance and then the rest cash on the spot. It's written in the description, but not in a visible place. Additionally: - Their bank takes additional fees, which they take from your booking and you have to pay extra cash on the spot. - Later in booking.com details they modified the booking to a smaller amount (for fee optimization I guess) without notification. Not a problem, but it's not a nice practice, especially without my consent and charging me for bank fees. - Standard booking payment would be much better for guests - less struggle, more reliable, without fees 2. Cleaning and maintenance: Overall is ok, but it's very visible the house is for heavy renting and not very maintained. Especially around the kitchen and bathrooms, it could repair a few things and clean better. 3. Coziness: the house has a huge potential, but it's not furnished to feel cozy and like home. It's a bit underfunded with only the minimum needed. A little bit more, can make a huge difference. Other things to consider: - the house is out of the main town and you have to walk 15-20 minutes by walk, crossing the main road and walk through some non paved sidewalks. Not a big deal, but to be considered. Adding visible details and instructions would be nice. - 2 of the bedrooms and 1 of the living room are in the basement. It's very dark and humid. In the hot summer it might be ok, but we were there in May and it was not very nice.

What a place!! it started with the smooth booking with Halkidikibnb, and continued with the team who met us and took care of everything we need- from great recommendations and any requests we asked regarding the Villa. The Villa is beautifully decorated, very clean, super wifi and has sunset and sunrise views as if it was a scenery from a movie. will definitely go back to which we discovered as a tranquil and beautiful villa. A wonderful stay ! Beautiful villa, lovely aesthetic inside and out. Very conveniently located. Super service, amazing sea views and sunsets and internet fast. Would definitely stay again.
