Very easy communication with the Host. The apartment is new and the location is great (you can use the beach walking 3 minutes).
The air conditioning, during cold days, it's not the best solution to warm it up, but with a little bit of effort you can manage it to work properly.

I liked that it was close to the beach.
I didn’t like that nobody came to clean our room. The cleaner was supposed to come and clean the room every 3 days, however they never showed up. Not good
