Location very central - and very quiet for our stay - but this was over a significant national holiday. Super clean. Very good for two friends travelling - if one is happy with two single beds. No good for anyone who would find stairs challenging - fourth floor, but no footsteps overhead. Great terrace - lovely from early morning up to around 11, then gets too hot until after sunset.

Location!!!! Few step away from Piazza Grande. Many nice restaurant nearby. Cafe opens early for coffee. Most of them open by 7:30/8am. Super comfortable bed too. Free parking is convenient. Can drop luggages near the accommodation and park outside city center. Easy communication via what’s app!!
Terrible water pressure. Water drips not flow. Difficult to get my hair washed. Took almost 30mins versus my usual 10mins wash. Definitely need to improve on this. A friendly staff helped carried my heavy , big luggage up to 5th floor but not easy coming down by myself on check out. Elderly or people with big luggages need to be aware.
