We love the unit and where it stood. Nice welcome gesture with a bottle of wine & chips for our enjoyment.

Location!!!! Few step away from Piazza Grande. Many nice restaurant nearby. Cafe opens early for coffee. Most of them open by 7:30/8am. Super comfortable bed too. Free parking is convenient. Can drop luggages near the accommodation and park outside city center. Easy communication via what’s app!!

Terrible water pressure. Water drips not flow. Difficult to get my hair washed. Took almost 30mins versus my usual 10mins wash. Definitely need to improve on this. A friendly staff helped carried my heavy , big luggage up to 5th floor but not easy coming down by myself on check out. Elderly or people with big luggages need to be aware.

Perfect place to stay in a lovely city

Maddalena was a gracious hostess. She welcomed us, recommended restaurants, and helped with reservations. The location couldn’t be better - close to the mercato and piazza grande. The little bakery right below was delightful.

Magic time in Modena!

We had a beautiful time in Modena thanks to Maddalena & her lovely apartment. Everything was thought of, comfortable bed, lovely linen, snacks & condiments. Also recommendations for restaurants. The fabulous Mercado Albinelli is so close & Maddalena’s local knowledge was invaluable.

excellent location. the apartment was very well presented with good decor and well equipped kitchen. the hosts were very generous. coffee and croissants were provided.

everything was good. But be aware that it’s at the top of a steep staircase so taking heavy luggage would be an issue.

Apartment was bright, modern, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Modena. Giorgio and Roberta were wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Modena.

Nice and comfortable Appartment with great host.

We were very pleased with the accomodation. Roberta’s husband brought us the key and drove with me to the parking to park the car. The Appartment is very nice styled, beds are comfortable and a breakfast and Some drinks are provided. We were very pleased. Was an amazing weekend.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift, für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet.
