Chancellors court

Have already sent in a previous review a few minutes ago but forgot to include the parking facilities. The Apartment was advertised as having free parking facilities on site. However when we got there there was none available and we had to park on the street which we were somewhat concerned about. We were just lucky to get street parking not too far away but that was a big disappointment particularly when it was advertised as having free parking facilities on site.

Lovely apartment. nice shower.

Parking was terrible. Ended up parking far away from the accommodation.

Clean, modern, roomy

Even though the host was quick to respond to questions, some reples were short and vague. Needs to have an updated guest info booklet with clearer instructions. IE: parking and wifi instructions. When asked about a specific parking lot, answer was you "Should" be ok parking there. Not a lot of confidence I wouldn't get "Clamped". The wifi password was written down 3 o 4 times with some being crossed off. When asked about it, answer was look on the back of the router, which you have to get down on your hands and knees to see and the code is written very small. Almost need a magnifying glass.

The apartment is in an excellent location and it was lovely and warm when we arrived, it is spacious and generally clean.

A few basics were missing.
