It needs a little improvement

The room size was good, and the view was nice.

The beds were making noise, some of the beds were uncomfortable, and the kitchen was missing some things, for example, pot lids.

A perfect home away from home at Lake Como!

We truly felt at home in Silvio’s apartment. He was extremely kind and flexible, accommodating changes to our dates, apartment, and arrival time without any hassle. The apartment was spotless, very well heated, and thoughtfully equipped. The large TV, excellent lighting, access to the gym/sports room, and especially the kitchen-which felt just like home with high-quality utensils, knives, and cutlery-made our stay very comfortable. Even the complimentary coffee pods were excellent quality. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over Lake Como was unforgettable. Absolutely beautiful. Silvio was always available on WhatsApp and genuinely cared about our comfort. We will definitely come back, especially in summer. Highly recommended!

Not much I can think of Maybe the heating system was a bit noisy at times during the night, but it was manageable and didn’t affect our overall comfort.

Silvio, What a Great Host at This Scenic Apartment!

Absolutely beautiful location with scenic views of Lake Como. The apartments were large, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The host Silvio was such a wonderful host, friendly, helpful, reliable and very informative. Check in was quick and easy although you need a cash or Paypal deposit (card not accepted) which was refunded immediately after ensuring no damages when checking out. Excellent bar area with amazing views although this was only open at weekends during our late in the season stay.

Transport was difficult without a car although Silvio had a 8 person's people's carrier and he would kindly ferry us around at all times of the day and night for a cheap price, making getting around a lot easier than initially expected. We was saddened that the pool was closed despite hot days as it was end of the season at our time of travelling at the end of September.

The views and surroundings are amazing. The pool is big, area beautiful but pool covered with leaves pretty much all the time and the lifeguard wasn't really working hard to clear it, but it didn't bother us as much.

We didn't like anything about the apartment. It was dated, Felt like in some 1960s basement! 4 different kind of furniture brought together had no character, no balcony (ground floor), no views. massive windows if you kept them open anyone could look inside, as the drop off parking was right behind. Apartment consisted of two floors and only on one was a sealing fan, downstairs in the heat you had no air to breathe, no fan or aircon provided. No wi-fi signal in the room whatsoever, 5 euro a day charge for stronger signal. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable especially upstairs king size, it felt like the springs dig in to your body! The "gym" if you can call it that way is asking for an accident, weights falling of the bars even if you secure them, old and dangerous. Funny that they put a sign (exercise at your own risk)! Joke No shops near by, have to drive to the nearest market about 17min. We asked for an update but it was an extra £100 a night, which would cost us overall £210 a night without breakfast and wi-fi! Was it worth the money, I didn't think so, so we decided to stay where we were allocated as it was only for 4 days.

Our room wasn’t ready and then we were shown to the wrong room. Eventually we got our room with some waiting around.

This place needs a renovation

The wiew was beautiful. The pool was ok, the guy who works at the pool was nice and did a good job taking care of the pool.

Our room was in an awful condition. It was old, dirty, and smelled bad. We did book a budget room but we didnt expect it to be this bad. The beds are really uncomfortable. The pool was ok but there are angry old ladys who are permanent living in these apartments who has their own rules for the pool and wont hesitate to tell you if you break their rules.

the property was really clean and a great space. the view from the balcony could NOT be more beautiful…it was amazing! The pool was really great and our kids loved it.

The view from the balcony was our favourite thing in the apartment. We enjoyed watching sunsets and thunderstorms from there. Silvio was an excellent host. He was always available if we needed help.

Having 1 gate key to the area, but only because there were 10 of us. It was difficult to always have somebody open the gate for everyone, if we split up.

The location had an amazing lake view. Como and all bigger and smaller cities/villages around the lake were in around 30-40 minutes reachable by car.

The heater was not very reliable and the cleanliness of the washing machine in the kitchen and the hot-tub could have been a better.

The place is amazing! We had such beautiful views at the lake. Apartments were equipped in all that we needed and Silvio was really nice, he provided us with all information about the area and was ensuring if all is fine. We would definitely recommend this place.

Pleasant

The apartment is big enough and is quiet, in a building outside of the village, with jus a few neighbors. You have enough place for parking and i think that in the summer you can also access the pool. The host gave us some tips and tricks about activities and restaurants near by.

We had to extra pay for everything: for bed sheets and towels, for wifi if you wanted (like in the medieval era of the internet), for arriving after 10 pm (even if the host lives in the same building) In the room it was cold, even if we had a heater (working with wood pellets. You can reach the property only by car.

Excellent, Great location and great value for money

Fantastic views and location. Excellent value for money. The host Silvio is fantastic and will go the extra mile for you. We extended our stay for more relaxation. The pool is amazing with breathtaking views.

It gets hot in the night so you need windows open throughout. They have shutters to keeps out mosquitoes. Lack of Air conditioning was only negative but then again it was record high temperatures this summer. On site bar and restaurant a bit tired.

Location is brilliant midway between Bellagio and Lecco, swimming pool is brilliant and huge. We liked our visit so much we extended the stay by an extra day. Silvio the host is an absolute gentleman, we will definitely be back.

Fabulous property

Fabulous place with fantastic views of the lake. Beautiful pool with everything you need for a family holiday. Staff were exceptionally accommodating to us for all our requirements for a group of 8. Could not fault anything about this property for a holiday....so nice

- broken air condition - no hair drayer - so far to the city, cafeteria and shops; without car don't book this apartament - very high safety payment When host was asked about the air condition that was described in the description the hotel he repleid that we need to open the balcony door and windows.
