Quiet Location, Large private parking even for larger vehicles but once there we used the easy public transport to Bellagio, bus or boat also over the lake by ferry is Mandello 7 min by ferry were there is the new Moto Guzzi museum Quirky interior which we liked but maybe not for everyone, nice seating area and lovely beach area with magic views..The Host Linda was very pleasant and welcoming..
No air-conditioning which for us wasn't an issue in late September, but suspect it could be in high season

The hosts were amazing, welcoming, and kind. The place has a gorgeous private beach, and the apartment is incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The place is a paradise.

Great location and we were made to feel very welcome by both Davide and Linda
Room did have a slightly damp smell and we had to plug all appliances in ourselves, AC not working and no TV channels available,
