Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend!

Victoria was such a friendly host with excellent communication, and the apartment was spotless in a super convenient location near bars, restaurants, and shops.

The only downside was a dog across the street that barked a lot, though this was outside the host’s control.

Like at home 😍

Victoria, the host, is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The apartment itself was amazing, with an exceptional view and a peaceful atmosphere away from noise. It was a very cozy and comfortable stay, complete with a beautiful balcony perfect for unforgettable Instagram photos. The washing machine was also a great convenience after a long trip. Just a 2-minute walk away you’ll find a small grocery store and a coffee bar, and there’s also a lovely restaurant only 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is perfect for pleasant walks, and the property is just a 10-minute drive from Bellagio. Free gated parking on-site was another big plus.

Greatly recommended

Victoria is a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful. The location is great with a superb vue on the lake. For 2-3 persons the very clean appartement is spacious enough. A small supermarket and nice restaurant are nearby as is the ferry to go to Bellagio.

Excellent stay in a well furnished apartment, ideally located and a very friendly host.

The Apartment is ideally situated with easy access and good secure parking. The rooms are large with a very modern kitchen with all the facilities needed. Easy access to the Ferries and close to Bellagio, Lecco and COMO by car or ferry. The view over the lake was exceptional and the local Bar & Bistro very friendly. Host Victoria went out of her way to provide us with good information and a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended as the ideal spot to stay, avoiding the narrow roads and crowded main villages with limited parking.

Nothing!! Just a friendly warning....The access to the apartment from the main road is a mere 300m but be careful to follow the GPS which takes you to a narrow road. The best road (that the GPS believes is a One Way) is very easy driving.....suggest you do some research on maps.

5 Stars!!! Absolutely Beautiful Location! Perfect Host!

This is a beautiful villa that is recently remodeled with beautiful furnishings and a simply spectacular view of Lake Como! Very close to boat rental, a great restaurant, and a local market. Literally all are walking distance along with the lake. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Bravo!!! Would absolutely stay again!

Vittoria was a great host! She was so helpful in helping booking a cab with an unexpected late check-in, arranged a dinner reservation, had great recommendations. The apartment is very spacious with a great terrace view of the lake. The town is quiet but beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing View if Lake Como

The view and the space were spectacular! Located in a quiet town on lake Como, the ferry made getting to other villages relatively easy (once you learned how to read the timetable) Parking on site and easy. Our host was a good communicator but follow her instructions to get to the property as the address puts you in a different location.

The Perfect Paradise In Lake Como

Of all the bookings we have, this is the first time to say "photos don't do any justice". The place, the view, is way better than the photos. It is a 12min drive to Bellagio, but the port is just right in front where you can hop on and off to any place around the lake. We loved the calmness of this town. the restaurant by the lake serve amazing food, the neighbors are all very kind, waking up everyday with the view of cascading mountains is just breathtaking, and we are away from the busy towns which give us a sense of tranquility which is what you're supposed to have when you visit this mezmerizing lake: to appreciate everything and everyone all around you. Victoria is also an amazing host. She always caters to our inquiries and give suggestions where to eat and where to go. The place is like our 2nd home, complete amenities, with a huge tv, kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and clean linens. If we come back to lake Como, we will only stay here 😅

Great apartment where we felt really like on vacation

It was a very great apartment and a nice experience during the whole week, which we spent in this apartment. And it was always such a pleasure to return each evening there. It is a very bright and nice apartment, with everything that you would need during the week (fully equipped kitchen, good TV channels on TV, big bathroom with 2 types of showers, cozy sofa, etc.) + the really great view from the balcony - we enjoyed it each morning during breakfast (how the sun rises over the mountains) each evening - during the late dinner (how daylight turns into the darkness and all around the lake city lights start shining) Despite very hot weather- conditioner in the both rooms worked very well + you have the option to set a different level, configure it so that you don't feel direct cold airflow on you. + one of the most comfortable beds so far (in a lot of places this is a big issue) + a very good and stable internet connection (I guess, I could use this apartment for remote working in the future, too) + the very chatty and helpful owner of the apartment - has prepared a nice portfolio with different useful information

Disappointing experience

Victoria, the apartments' manager was very helpful and willing to accommodate our requests. Short drive to Bellagio. Apartment Lilla was bright, modernly furnished, comfortable bed and has a balcony with a view to the lake.

Although I booked Lilla Apartment, on arrival we were allocated a different apartment, apartment Victoria (with blue kitchen), the manager justifying the change as due to the heating function on the air conditioning unit not working in Lilla Apartment. Apartment Victoria is slightly larger than Apartment Lilla, however it is dated, in need of a fresh paint, with older furniture. It was dirty in places, one could see dirty marks on doors and window frames, dust on wall skirtings, cobwebs in corners, mould signs on shower tray, bed was hard and uncomfortable. But the worst thing was that the apartment had an infestation of ladybirds. It seemed that the apartment has not been used for a while and it was just superficially cleaned. We didn't like at all this apartment so after just only one night in it we requested to move in the apartment I originally booked. As our stay was at end of October we weren't concerned about the air conditioning not working, besides the heating was provided via radiators anyway. The air conditioning unit seemed to be functioning in Lilla while we were there so not sure whether the malfunction was a false excuse. When guests book a particular apartment they expect to get exactly what they booked. If there are any problems with the booking then the owner/manager should inform the guest prior to arrival and give the option of a different accommodation or a full refund. Lila apartment was more comfortable and appealing, however the cleaning could also have been better. The building where the apartments are located is old and very dated, in need of renovation. Every morning we were woken up by church bells and very noisy, barking dogs from nearby houses.

La vista es INCREÍBLE!!! Muy fácil de llegar. El departamento es grande y estaba muy limpio y ordenado . Al estar un poco alejado de los lugares más turísticos fue muy fácil el acceso y se disfrutó mucho el camino hasta el apartamento. Totalmente recomendable. Volveríamos sin dudas
