Wonderful stay

Stunning view even from the ground floor. Huge garden which was a big plus for our children who enjoyed the toys and the whole stay. Very good location to easily access Bellagio then the ferry to go anywhere. Daniele was very kind with us and tried to make our stay as perfect as possible even with the rain. Free parking.

Access to the location was a bit difficult however the directions from Daniele helped a lot.

The apartment has an amazing view from the terrace- this will never forget and will stay forever in our memories. The owner, Ms Anna is super nice & kind, her response via text is super quick. She is caring and felt us very welcome. We’d like to come back. Very much recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this romantic and cozy place very much. Definitelya place to get back for nice memories.

The apartment location is superb, not far from Bellagio, with beautiful garden and a wonderful view to the lake and the mountains at the same time. The garden territory is spacious, where you can comfortably locate yourself in the sun bed in the sun with a spectacular view and chill. The apartment was super clean, you have everything, what you need. And even if you travel at the time, when it is already cold, they have the central heating, which is really practical. The host Anna is awesome, super polite and caring. We had minimum questions, as all was organized in handy and simple to understand way.

Excellent location just a few minutes drive from Bellaggio. The beach was just a few minutes walk from the house. Daniele was kind enough to leave charcoal available for the use of the barbecue, and the lawn outside the house was very inviting for lounging in the sun. Since we were arriving late and had not purchased anything for breakfast, Anna kindly send us some fresh croissants, as well as leaving us some coffee to prepare breakfast. Both Daniele and Anna were readily available for any advice we required whilst visiting the area. Parking was provided in a private garage under the property.

Getting into the parking can be slightly challenging if arriving in a large car.

Wonderful view on lake Como

It was a great location with a wonderful lake view. The large garden was perfect for our dog and child and of course for us :). It is a good place for bike riding. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice apartment, all you need is there, big area in front of the apartments with sunbeds, ping-pong table and trampoline for the kids. Underground garage is great during the summer. Anna is a great host, she was very friendly and helpful. The view from the property is astonishing, there is also a path between the houses leading to the beach, you don't need to walk the road as google maps tell you.

hard beds, challenging driveway bigger cups for the tea would be great, as there are only small coffee cups

We would come back any time!

I loved the whole thing: amazing garden directly connected with the ground floor terrace of each of the 4 apartments. Table tennis table, bbq, different outdoor seatings, sun beds, the most amazing lake view. The apartment itself had everything that we needed and was in very good condition. Fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, dish washer, coffee machine, comfortable couch, dining table. The double bed room that we used was spacious and the bed was fine. We slept very good. The hosts are very communicative and very kind. They live somewhere else, not at the property. They arranged a late check in for us. A parking garage is also part of the house. Moreover the house is completely surrounded by a fence, so that our dog didn’t get lost :) We all loved it and I hope that we come back another day. It is possible to rent all 4 apartments of the house, which is amazing for big groups. When we arrived, we were the only guests and on the second day only one other group arrived, so that we had also some privacy. Thank you Anna and Andrea, this was the best Apartment I’ve ever stayed in :)

There was nothing that really bothered me, I would have loved to stay much longer. Some things to mention are, that the 4 apartments are just next to each other, meaning the terraces are as well. When the house is full and the other guests are strangers, you have no privacy outside of the house. They are some plants to separate and protect the single terraces, but I would probably like 1-2 plants more for separation ;) Also the WiFi Connection was sometimes quite slow. Anyways, I highly recommend that place!!

Anna, la dueña es maravillosa. Tuvimos un problema por una tormenta fuerte en la zona y se portó fenomenal con nosotros, jamás me habían facilitado tanto en un viaje. Éramos 2 parejas con niños y nos dio mucha tranquilidad.El entorno además es increíble

Un paraíso con vistas al lago di como

Un lugar único con una ubicación privilegiada frente al lago di Como. Tuvimos una cálida bienvenida por parte Danielle uno de sus dueños. Anna por su parte nos sorprendió el primer día con unos croissants para el desayuno. Lugar con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada cerca de Cómo. La playa está a 3 minutos a pie. La estación de ferry a 10 min caminando. No duden en alojarse en este lugar, nos quedamos 3 noches y fue maravilloso. Con ganas de volver pronto!

Nous avons été accueilli par Anna qui est une personne adorable, prévenante qui s’est démenée pour régler notre problème d’eau chaude et a été disponible pour nous donner de bons conseils. L’appartement est confortable, conforme à l’annonce. Le jardin est génial avec sa vue magnifique et ses équipements. Une plage voir des plages sont accessibles à pieds rapidement.

L’accès à la résidence est délicate au premier abord, mais finalement ça se fait.

Charmant appartement spacieux, avec vue superbe sur le lac de Come, tres bien place entre Lucco et Bellagio. Les proprietaires sont tres serieux, avenants, avec une excellente communication. Appartement tout a fait conforme a l annonce. Appartement ideal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Transat, barbecue et ping pong. A ne pas manquer : Bellagio et Varena 2 villages de charges avec bons nombre de commerces artisanaux. Nous avons passe un excellent sejour en partie grace a Anna et Daniele. Merci.

Kleines Örtchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und abseits des Touri-Trubels. Die Ferienwohnung und der Garten waren top in Schuss und supersauber. Keine 10 Minuten zum Strand, kühle Garage und für die Kinder waren unzählige Möglichkeiten wie Schwimmzubehör und Tischtennisplatte vorhanden. Anna und Dani sind unfassbar herzliche Gastgeber und waren völlig darum bemüht, es uns an nichts fehlen zu lassen. ❤️ Alles in Allem einfach mit ganz viel Herzblut. ❤️ Wenn wir noch einmal an den Comer See kommen, dann GENAU hier her! Und bleibt nur ein ❤️liches DANKE FÜR ALLES!
