Great location. Restaurant was lovely with amazing views.
The bathroom was super stinky - it was clean but the drains smelt horrible

Great location, right outside the shuttle bus stop and good starting point for all the hikes. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, they sorted our luggage transport from Theth to Valbone so when we got to the hotel in Valbone our bags were there.
Restaurant was also good value/quality we ate there every night of our stay.
Take cash but can pay for the stay by card with a 3% fee

The breakfast was bland and tasteless, the Filipino staff clearly unhappy with their job and wearing their discontent on their faces.
Late breakfast opening time obliged us to start the hike in the morning heat.
