The location is great a walking distance from the main attractions and restaurants/supermarkets, while still being a piece of incredible nature😍
Toilet has a bad smell (not because of cleaning issues but because of plumbing issues i would say, and the smell spreads to the room, solving this would make it an even better stay🙏🏻

Friendly people working there, but no management whatsoever. It was ok, but a bit overpriced for what you get
Dirty garden, dirty table clothes at breakfast, the first thing you see when you enter the breakfast room - washing mashing and plates on the floor. The bedside table lamp was not working, there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, the jacuzzi in the room is turned away from the view. The electricity went on and off all night and the air-con was making the on/off sound constantly- so not good if you are a light sleeper.

The woman at reception was lovely.
Location of the villas are unreal, backdrop of the Albanian mountains which you can view from inside the villa.
For the price, we expected this to be a lot better. This property is nearly double the cost of other properties in the region and doesn't justify the increase.
Water was cold for the majority of the stay.
The room wasnt cleaned, bin emptied (only 1 small bathroom bin provided) or clean towels provided over our 3 night stay.
Hot tub didnt work. We reported this to reception but it was not fixed.
TV had no remote.
Breakfast was basic, not much selection.
