Palazzo Arcidiacono - luxury holidays

The location is perfect, literally above the fish market and a 2 minute walk from the main square. Dozens of bars, restaurants, cafes, within a 5-minute radius and a mini market for basics literally across the road. The apartment was very spacious, with very high gorgeous ceilings in every room and balconies facing the city square. It has any appliance you could possibly need - coffee maker, kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, toaster and many more. Livio, the host, was an absolute professional. He had everything for us upon arrival - coffee pods, breakfast stuff like toast and jam, teas, water in the fridge. He kept checking in on us via messages throughout our stay and was very helpful with everything we needed. Our flights got disrupted due to the volcanic eruption and he was patient and kind enough to wait for us until very late and helped us settle in. The flat also has safe storage space for suitcases and we stored them there until we had to catch our flight. An absolute gem and 100% a 10/10 rating for everything.

The property was beautiful. So gloriously old and palatial. We were blown away by the wonderful ceilings and decor. Livio, the host was the most lovely, kind and welcoming host. We had a lovely time here.

The only thing that might have been useful was to have another sofa in the living area so we could all sit together relaxing easily. There is a table and chairs but an extra sofa would be nice.

The property was in the fish markets which was an amazing connection. It was very close to restaurants/bars. It was a 6 minute walk to the bus stop to the beach which was ideal in the heat. There was also a roof terrace and all facilities we required in the apartment.
