Charming building, very kind and caring people, responsive staff, authentic place, wonderful terrace, amazing experience.
Overall very clean anf neat, only it could have been cleaner under the bed and the shelves nearby, which I saw only because I charged my phone next to bed. It is an old building, mostly well kept, some of the corners are off, adds to the charm and could be better for a complete uplift feel when one is there to recharge.

Our apartment was incredible, the decor amazing, quirky, shabby chic, communal areas outstanding. The host showed us other apartments all had incredible individual decor, truly original and beautiful. Bathroom tiny but gully fitted and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Location was perfect. The host was very accommodating to any requests. Efficient aircon although only needed one time over 3 day stay. Lift was working great although very tiny 3 people max.
Initially a bit worried at the location as we arrived in the dark but daytime view allayed any concerns.

The position is absolutely good, very close to the city center, and air conditioning is really good.
Unfortunately this is it for this property.
Pictures are actually really good, unfortunately once you step in, the magic disappears; the bedroom was dirty, we had spidernets above our bed, clear sign of mold on the wall and on the ceiling, which has been badly overpainted, tiles are moving and the bathroom has been unfortunately being build with wooden walls, completely unmatching the style of the apartment. With sadness, not coming back.
