Great location .. staff were amazing letting us leave out luggage for the day for no cost ! Offering their communal area for us to use after checkout as we were stranded in Catania due to Etna

Great location close to nice piazza with lots of lovely cafés and nice spots round about. Nice apartment with a shabby chic vibe. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly and communicative staff who were very helpful! They were unable to accommodate a late check out but kindly allowed us to store our luggage and use an unoccupied room for the day as our flight was quite late.
Very minor points but there could have been a couple more amenities provided in the apartment for the kitchen - replacement bag for the bin, cloth for wiping counter and table etc. One bottle of water upon arrival would be welcome too (we arrived late due to travel issues and were rationing our water!).

Staff were great and really accommodating when we needed to extend the booking. Great open kitchen facilities and lounge area
At first glance the interior design is really unusual, but its actually really unfinished. Cables coming out the walls, doors that don’t fit, the hob in our room was dangerous. There is a lovely roof terrace but you have to climb a ladder like staircase to access. Great creative vision but needs finishing.
