Great place in the middle of the city! My room was spacious, elegant (marble floor, nice furniture), spotless clean, and with a spacious bathroom. I even had a balcony over one of the central streets where people come out during the summer evenings; in spite of this, the room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. Someone waited for me at the property when I arrived, in spite of the late hour. Very nice and professional!

Great central location - easy to walk or catch transport from. Next to a beautiful church and the Piazza Universita. Luca was an amazing host, he even picked me up from the station as he was driving past when I arrived. And he recommended great places to eat nearby.
Nothing. It was noisy - in the middle of the hub-bub. However, I used ear plugs and slept well.

Great location on the piazza - we had a balcony and enjoyed people watching in the morning over our coffees. We could also see Etna from our balcony. There is a coffee machine in the shared kitchenette, and a large shared balcony for guests which has great views. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Linen was clean and plentiful. Staff were friendly.
Dont recommend if you are a light sleeper as it piazza below can be noisy at night (this didn’t bother us). All the rooms come off a shared corridor and no staff overnight so it could be noisy with other guests (again, not too much of an issue for us).
