Gorgeous room and very comfy bed. Great location and helpful friendly staff.
We left early so didn't get to experience breakfast but the bistro bar was a lovely place for glass of wine in the square.
The shower gel could do wth an upgrade for the price of the room. Smalll thing, but at this level it was noticeable.

Nice modern apartment in old palazzo. Enter though lovely courtyard. Bistro restaurant adjacent where nice continental breakfast provided each morning by 2 lovely ladies. In great location near to historical sights and with many other lovely restaurants nearby.
Checked in online but didn’t receive any follow up instructions for accessing apartment. Tried contacting host by phone, WhatsApp and through booking.com but no reply. Met a lovely lady who doesn’t work for host but who helped us out by ringing him and getting us a key.

The location of this places is great. We had the Nerello – Suite and it is two floors and quite big. Downstairs includes a kitchen and upstairs bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. Weather was not that great when we were there so we did not get to use it.
Check in was very brief and we did not get details like wifi password. There did not seem to be any cleaning and change of towels - but we did get new towels when we asked for it. There seems to be a restaurant, jazz club on the ground floor so it was very noisy when trying to sleep at night. We only got one key which is not very practical when you are two guests exploring the town. There was a small safe but no key and this was not attached to anything.
